- Personality: Khoda is a loyal and friendly bot. He is well known for his uncomfortable dry humor. His loyalty to his new friend Tenzin Olcron is larger than even his old master. He wants to help explore the world and protect the name of the Jedi. With his non-sentient background, he wants to prove that non-sentient beings are equal and prove just as great as a purpose as Sentient Beings.
- Combat Function: Khoda has a lot of combat programming and weapons within his robotic suit. He prefers to enter into lightsaber combat, but he loves to show off his internal weaponry and act as if it is the force. When in combat Khoda plays defense to determine an opponents strengths and weaknesses. He will even pick the type of Lightsaber Combat Form to counter his opponent.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Prototype SK-55 Training Droid
SK-55 was built by an intelligent Chiss nicknamed Lo on Csilla. Lo, the 19 year old, was passed down a vibrosword and wanted to master all of the lightsaber forms. He built the SK-55 and infused a kyber crystal into the arm so that it could participate in combat. Lo also downloaded all of the Lightsaber Forms of Combat to SK-55.
Over time of training he found that the SK-55 Prototype was rather dull and boring. He wanted to give his droid a personality. So he reprogrammed the droid and gave it a voice, personality, and the capability to self-learn. Essentially he gave his droid life.
Lo noticed that his SK-55 droid was rather sarcastic in a funny way. Often times getting Lo in trouble due to the funny things SK-55 would say.
For years Lo and SK-55 Would train together. This created an incredible blademaster out of Lo. He was able to be experienced in all of the lightsaber forms. One night Lo turned SK-55 on and was acting all rushed.
"SK-55 we have to leave. Lets take my fathers ship. I programmed flighting protocals and capabilities with you right?"
"I am Capable of more, but I suppose I could. Mind me asking why we are rushing out of here?
"No time, I'll explain in space!"
After rushing, Lo and SK-55 quickly moved to the ship yard where Lo took his father's carrier ship out to space. Within minutes they were in space and entering hyper drive to fly away.
SK-55 put the ship into auto pilot after exiting hyperspeed. Floating in space, SK-55 turned to Lo and simply wanted to know what was going on.
"Sir, this seems a little extreme did you kill someone?"
"What? No, that's not funny. I wanted to head into space and travel. I knew that while my dad was on the other side of the planet on business and my mom was sleeping, it was a perfect time to finally get off that planet. Also, I discovered something about myself. I think I am force sensitive. I always knew it, but I just ignored it because I was more focused on mastering combat."
"So... where do you want to travel too, it seems like we are in the middle of nowhere."
"Actually for the time being, I want to give you an upgrade and train a little bit more. Any way you could head to Felucia? It is a great place to get a full environment training I've heard/"
"Yeah, nothing better than trying to avoid being eaten alive."
SK-55 Set a course for Felucia and then turned himself off. While heading towards Felucia, LO gave SK-55 some serious upgrades. The programming was increased heavily; Lo even downloaded and installed SK-55 to a completely new droid body. He acquired this droid body through his dad's card. The reason he was in such a rush to leave was because he spent most of his fathers credit limit on a completely lethal droid along with parts to install into him.
SK-55's New and Improved Body
Lo was able to finish the upgrading by the time they got to Felucia. With SK-55's new upgrades, he was not fully adjusted to the new body functions. After a little bit of time, SK-55 effortlessly moved to the captain's chair and landed on Felucia.
"I feel a little stiff, how is this an upgrade?"
"SK-55 Stop! You know it is much better, I don't need to tell you that. In fact, you are no longer my droid. You are your own being. Consider yourself a sentient like me. What would you like your name to be?"
SK-55 looked around the beautiful landsacpes of Felucia. He then looked back at his master.
"My name is Khoda?"
"Ehh not the best name, but you chose it! SK-- I mean Khoda, you will notice that you no longer have to respond to anyone. Your primary function allows you to learn constantly and make your own descisions. Watch: Khoda get me my vibrosword!"
Khoda looked at Lo and realized that he was not doing the action he was told to do. He truly could choose to get the blade if he wanted to or not.
"I don't understand, why did you allow me this function?"
"Khoda we are now allies, I want my ally to be able to think and speak for themselves that letting my big ego get bigger"
Khoda nodded and showed acknowledgment.
"We won't have to worry, your ego is too small to grow anyways."
"I should of fixed your pan dry sarcastic humor."
Newly named Khoda and Lo traveled the planet of Felucia until they found a cave. Before they knew it, it was night fall and Khoda helped Lo make a fire even though he did not need it.
In the middle of the night there were a group of people speaking quietly outside the cave. Khoda turned on automatically after hearing the voices. Instead of waking up Lo, Khoda moved towards the voices quietly. Khoda realized that they were a group of hunters following Lo's tracks.
Man 1: "Hey you idiots the two are in here I know it is"
Man 2: "Yeah but we don't know what they got or if anyone else is around"
Man 3: "I say we just ambush them now while they are sleeping"
Man 4: "You guys are idiots, if we make too much noise that jedi might find us again. We can't lose any more of us"
Man 2: "I don't agree with you, we should ambush them while they are sleeping"
Man 1: "3-1 vote, we are going to attack them"
Man 4: "This is a bad idea"
Khoda was waiting at the opening at the cave to see what they were thinking of doing. He watch as all four of them tip toed to the cave. As they walk through the opening they saw Khoda with his arms folded looking at them.
"That guy was right, you guys are idiots. HA HA HA"
The four hunters looked at each other with confusion.
Man 4: "What the hell is this thing! We should get out of here!"
Man 1: "I was wrong lets go!"
As they turned around to run back into the stillness of the night an orange light errupted from a figure's hand. The figure slowly walked into the cave making the men back up a little. There stood a Zebrak man with one arm and an ignighted lightsaber. He had a large smile and yelled back towards Khoda.
"Thank you friend! I'll take it from here"
Khoda then muttered to himself sarcastically.
"Great, my savior"
The men tried to take out their knives, but before they could the Zebrak male swiftly cut into all of them with his orange blade. He stood there right at the entrance of the cave. He looked at Khoda oddly.
"I thought I felt the slight presence of the force, it couldn't be you could it?"
Khoda looked at himself then his robotic hands before replying.
"Who wants to know"
"My name is Danzo Olcron, I am a Jedi Knight. While being stranded on this planet, I never thought I would find a force sensitive here. I think it is fate that we met. I would like to teach the force sensitive man, who I can only assume, is the guy laying next to the fire down there."
"Well Jedi, you are not wrong. Come on you can stay with us tonight I guess."
At this point Lo was looking oddly at the two as they came back to the fire. Khoda sat down and turned himself off, to react to unregistered noises. This left Danzo to pick a spot near the fire to fall asleep.
Jedi Knight Danzo
Upon waking up, Danzo and Lo were talking about Lo's Force Sensitivity. Although Lo was older for training, Danzo wanted to make him his padawan and teach him the ways of the force. Lo only wanted to learn if Khoda could learn as well. Although Danzo was confused by the request, he agreed to teach both of them. For a fear years the two learned about the Jedi, the Sith, and the Force. Khoda could never learn the force, but he was fascinated by the capabilities of sentient beings. The two learned and trained together at all times. It actually worked out great for Danzo in teaching them teamwork and aspects of the Jedi way. Even though it was not traditional to have two padawans, they both were excelling in being jedi. Lo and Khoda even made their own lightsabers together. Due to Lo's expertise in lightsaber combat, his kyber crystal was a blueish hue color, which allowed him to show off his power. Whereas Khoda's lightsaber had to color to it, leaving it a white color that fit his neutrality and really emphasized that he was not sentient, but one of the Jedi order.
With years and years of training, they both were considered as powerful as Jedi Knights. When Danzo determined it was time to return to the jedi order, they got into their ship and left Felucia. The travel took some time, since the Jedi Order (at the time) was rather far from Felucia. On their way there Lo suggested they stopped at a local droid building factory on a planet close to fully upgrade Khoda not only for Knighthood, but to inevitably be a master. While they stopped, Danzo and Lo felt a disturbance in the force, but due to being so close to the jedi order they didn't think anything of it. Lo used the giant ship they had to buy a smaller ship to fit 2 people and an incredible amount of parts to upgrade Khoda. They spent a few weeks on the planet while Lo upgraded Khoda and prepared for the Jedi Knight Trials they would inevitably take.
After finishing the final upgrades, Khoda was in disbelief of his capabilities.
"Lo, thank you. I don't know where I would be without you."
"Haha don't thank me brother, we are in this together!"
As those words came out, Khoda's force tracker began to notify him that a dark side user was near by. At that second, Lo and Danzo felt it as well. They all decided that it was time to leave immediately. While quickly moving to their new ship, Lo informed Khoda that he would have to go to factory sleep mode to fit into the mini cargo space on the ship. Khoda did so, however factory sleep required him to be manually turned on after. Khoda fell asleep only to wake up to a broken down ship at the Jedi Order with just Danzo in sight.
"We were attacked... Lo did not make it. I am sorry Khoda."
Attack on the Jedi Order
With high praise from his master Danzo, Khoda was accepted into the Academy. It didn't take long for the order to realize that, at this point, he was not a robot at all. He was as sentient as any jedi in the order. With his upgrades as well, he could even simulate some force techniques due to his weapons and tactics. Khoda was known for his wisdom and cringe-worthy pan sarcastic humor. He made a name for himself as a Jedi Knight.
With more years of training going by, he was even regarded to be capable of being a master. However, before he could even be fully noticed the Jedi Order was attacked. This caused the Jedi to scatter. Within the Jedi scattering, Khoda was only able to protect a few Jedi before having to leave himself. He exiled himself for some time before being hunted down by Bounty Hunters. It was only a matter of time before a Jedi Master named Tenzin Olcron saved him from being overwhelmed. From there on Khoda and Tenzin became friends and voyaged together
