- Accessibility: Designed to be open with a main security door and open starport. There is more security with the rebuild but it is not hidden or hard to get to on the moon.
- Description: Simpoly in its design with a large single story building and a domed observation chamber. Lines with several scopes coming from the roof that allows extreme magnification to chart lanes and distance between stars. The building itself in largel grey with the single entrance armored to provide protection and the interior lined with shelves and racks of books, charts and information about worlds and tens of thousands of routes from spacers, pirates, explorers or anyone passing by.
Observatory: Created to observe planets and chart hyperlanes. It is a little archaic looking but designed as a repository of knowledge for wayseekers bringing and collecting information about navigational charts from around the galaxy.
Cold Storage: Designed to hold jedi craft for them to use on missions and store ships recovered from enemy forces within a safer area.
Advanced Early Detection Systems: Connected to monitors across the planet, in orbit and using the Saotome Monitoring Stations as a means to map the system. Able to give them information as soon as it is alerted by the Saotome Planetary Defensive Network.
Kaho Class Beacons: Force beacons designed to be used by the jedi in the event of communications disruption and attack. Older looking to give the feeling of pre-hyperdrive satellites.

Created on the mon by an eccentric cartographer. The observatory is interesting in the idea behind it aand using the scopes of it to chart and observe routes or areas of space would normally seem outdated.... but there was more with advancing systems that allowed strong mapping and magnifications or using markers from routes to chart it. The observatory after it was left abandoned when the original owner passed away would sit for a long time until the discovery of the jewels of the old republics and the rumor that the map to them was collected by the owner. Sasori and the silver jedi sought it out when following the tales of the jewels and only finding it in disrepair. So they worked to restore it and accessing the trove of information and scrolls within it they could find other treasures around the galaxy or following legends. Matsu having care of it and trying to restore it to the original design but with the latest technologies that they would be able to install for protection and sustainability. It would then be able to maintain itself with a small team there following and deciphering the charts that they found, restoring the older texts and working towards giving as much information to filling in new navigational information with all of their monitoring stations.
