- Appearance: Petite in statue with medium length black hair and pale skin. Her arms arm well muscled and she is usually in a hover chair for mobility or on the throne for Xam'chi's palace. Her clothing reflects her status as one of the Sansin with silk kimono's or dresses. From the empress she has a rare and valuable kimono made from sunless silk that she wears for formal events and to greet others.

She is warmly regarded among her brothers and sisters as the most active in trying to improve the lives of those she oversees and will meet with everyone who comes to the palace. With a keen eye for finances and overseeing the books of the trading city she takes a sense of pride in her ability to create profits with trade deals for the different food and technology.

Born in the sprawling Quan'lo city and considered the runt of her clan as a seventh child let alone a daughter. There was not many she would be able to be married off to. There was no major purpose and so she was told she might become some handmaiden to one of the other noble houses or apprentice to the matchmaker of the city. Her family loved her but she was just going to be there until she found a chance to get married off. Preferring to try and find her own way she joined one of the dance companies and pursued education. When the first wars came to the planet Quan'lo was attacked and many killed as the offworlders conquered them.
She was at the matchmaker learning how to balance the books for her... thousands within the city paid her to find them matches for marriage. With offworlders from the One Sith invading it brought danger to all of them and many of the families had been crushed underfoot by the sith. With one of the more trusted for the new "emperor" being there in the city Kioshi worked with the underground resistance to try and undermine them feeding what information could be used and as the occupation continued she was brought further and further into the confidence of the women. She fed what information she could to the resistance and when the resistance rose up she tried to help the woman put in charge.
Kioshi managed to try and convince her or at least she had thought to seal the palace and might have tried to save her except she found in the womans private chambers a list of potential targets... the ones who she was planning to have killed and Kioshi's name was at the top of it. After everything that had been done in the city and how their stores of food had been traded and sold off to feed offworld armies... the people suffering and dying. She strangled her in the bath protecting the people and families that were slated for execution on the list. She had learned a few things about managing the books though and being considered a hero of the resistance she was made a steward of the city.
With the force storms in Jar'kai she managed to organize the city coming to the survivors aid with what stores they had managed to save up. Their reserves had been largely depleted and sold off or given for lavish parties for the offworlders and no crops were being grown so that had been what they tried to fix that by making more farmland. When the attacks came from offworlders that damaged the palace she was caught in it. Half the building collapsing on her back and crushing her spine. Her dislike of offworlders bringing their problems and attacks to the world was solidified there when they managed to keep her alive in the hospital.
She had managed to survive and despite everything there wasn't much she could do... generally considered a causality eventually she emerged in a hoverchair and had to learn how to function now that she was in charge of rubble in many cases and there was a lot more in Xam'Chi that they had discovered. Reconstruction efforts from the Emperor and Empress saw a new palace being built and as she was still an orphan of seventeen. The Empress made her an offer since they were consolidating aspects of the Commonwealth in the wake of the CIS coming to the world to help them rebuild. She became oneof the first Sansin along with Kansai's Asuka the eternal child.
She was adopted and placed as a regional govenor seeing the development and rebuilding of the city. A dozen or so Sansin were instead of being broght to the island. One of the ancient and mysterious places on Atrisia that few knew how to find in the ocean let alone from space... or that was a myth. Kioshi was looking to rebuild the city and they set out to improve trade and the city coffers with labs producing new technology that would improve the quality of life around the city and the area itself. They set up relief centers that would train others and designated gardens for growing food. Once they started to organize it and it all came together they managed to feed and expand improving the villages beyond the wall.
She used what skills she had with economics improving the qualit of the people at the bottom of Xam'chi's foundation who farmed and fished which improved the merchants who were selling to offworlders and it continued to go up. With thousands of credits being exchanged at any shop faily and one of the few ports that were open to offworlders aside from the Anshin they were developing a new infrastructure. They were able to improve the construction timing of the walls, rebuild many of the villages surrounding that did the larger bulk of the farming and rasing of cattle for food. Fisheries and roadwork.
The years were kind to her and she grew into the position of governor... overseer... whatever the people wanted to think of her as when she saw them. Taking their cases and diverting resources that might be needed... she worked hard to improve many of the other trade deals bringing back the Herglics, bringing in the other worlds of the Commonwealth itself. Xam'chi improved and after a visit from Junko the sansin princess found herself more spending time with the people and practicing her former skills... archery was a big thing to try and it had a calming effect. She couldn't move... she wasn't going to wear a massive exosuit to move around but she could still participate with others.
