Kir has always believed that everyone is capable of making mistakes and redeeming themselves. This core belief has shaped his view of the Dark Side, and he has the belief that no one is above the Force and that all that is needed is the right decision. At times, he is known to be reckless due to his young age and is quite forward for a even Jedi standards. This can earn him the ire of his fellow squadmates, older Jedi and Military Command but it can also be somewhat helpful in certain circumstances. Intuitive, he is also an excellent problem solver, able to think up solutions even in the heat of battle and implement them just as effectively. His technical knowledge is something that he holds in quite high regard and paired with his ability to solve problems means that he almost single-handedly maintains his starfighter and his freighter which he spends a lot of time on.
Self-doubt has been an enemy that he has battled for longer than he can remember. He has a fear that he might no measure up to the standards that he feels are being set for him. This means that he can often feel uncomfortable with himself or when he is praised and he doesn't feel that he should be being praised. A lesson that he's learned is to see the good in people, even when others can't. He believes that a Jedi should be ready to help and forgive anyone, no matter their gender, class or species. Sometimes he can go to far in placing himself in problems that he can't actually solve but he has noble intentions with it. Described as someone who'd never give up, his ability to keep on going even after he's been hurt is admirable but it can also means that he refuses help when he does need it which can be detrimental to both his mental and physical health. Despite this, he is able to function even when under immense pressure which is helpful in the many sticky situations that he can get himself into.
A strong moral code is something that helps keep him on track and a sense of justice. He feels that while people can be forgiven that they must face the music and take responsibility for their actions. He highly values someone who is able to take responsibility. His moral code can sometimes keep him from making tough moral decisions. Furthermore, he feels him serving in the GADF as a pilot is him helping people in a way that suits him best by protecting the innocent, this moral code was skewed after Korriban when he left everything behind. A sense of honour is also present in him as he will go as far as to downright refuse an order that he feels is morally wrong and not indicative of his status as a Jedi.
A friendly Jedi, he is prone to making sarcastic jokes to lift the mood and it is a way of coping for him. He is cordial with most people he meets though can often be brutally honest with them, even if he is trying to be kind. A natural leader, he doesn't fear taking responsibility or power and will often take it all in his stride and like many his age, struggles to regulate the power going to his head. At his age, he is finding it much easier to do so and this means that he will try to stop himself when he feels it is overwhelming him or he's getting a bit too big for his own britches.

Reckless- He's often been described by his Jedi mentors as reckless and brave to a fault, always wanting to jump in, sometimes without thinking first. This can be detrimental at times to him.
Impatient - This is one of his less desirable traits as he is quite forward and wants to get things done. He is a believer in action but has been taught that diplomacy is just as important.
Self Critical/Self Doubtful- Often feeling as if he has something to prove, he can often have doubts about his own abilities in certain areas which can affect his perfomance. When something bad happens, he often believes himself to be responsible.

APPEARANCE:
Kir is a relatively short human male with light brown hair and green eyes. He is around 5'7.5" but always insists that he is 5'8". He is average weight at around 152 lbs. He likes green and will sometimes wear green robes as per the customs of the Corellian Jedi. Most of the time he wears a black jumpsuit with an armoured shoulder pad. He also wears a green Rebel Flight suit and flight helmet.
