GENERAL APPEARANCE:
Kira normally dresses in plain clothing befitting of someone who is not of any higher status, though this in no way means she is poor in dress. Normally those said clothing includes a cloak around a set of plain colored Trousers with a darker colored shirt be it from a blue, red, brown or black. In rare occurrences when in a more formal or better income areas she can be seen in dress of similar coloring to the shirt that she would normally wear.
Additionally the only other time her general appearance changes in terms of clothing in special cases such as when she is working on someone medically. While she does not have any formal position in terms of medical experience, she is seen when helping people in pseudo surgical clothing.
Her hair is generally kept straight, though at times can be taken up into a more orderly form.

Personality
Kira has a very controlled personality, her emotions never seeming to get out of control. With that said it does not mean she doesn't experience or even show them. Infact its one of her more shown traits. She is highly empathetic and compassionate, displaying such traits openly especially when treating people. Further she will normally even put others over herself and help them even if it means making her own life worse off. She has a hard time even harming people at times though will do so if it means protecting someone who cannot defend themselves.
Around children she can be extremely sad and depressed but at the same time want to be near them as long as possible. This being due to her infertility making it impossible to have her own children as the cure to her earlier life threatening illness had caused in her. Further shes become highly worried when she finds someone injured or in pain she will do what ever she can to to help them.
Lastly she does seem to be different around those she cares about, especially her husband. hitting him without hesitation and scolding him for putting himself at risk it can be flipped on a dime to her being by his side and supporting him in a second. It seems when in pertaining to her time around loved ones that she is more violent as well, willing to do just about anything to keep them out of harms way even if it means causing further harm to others.

- Depressive: Kira's biggest weakness is her sorrow and pain at the fact of which she will never be able to have a child. This causes in her a depression that seems to drain her of the will to really move and brings her to tears if its pushed on too much leaving her highly susceptible to manipulation through visions of false hope or worse to mental torture involving such things. Further it leaves her greatly vulnerable in terms of her actions when it comes to children in general, being a sucker when it comes to them being in danger.
- Nerve damage: While not completely loss of feeling, the amount of nerves damaged and unable to be repaired in her hands was rather large due to the chemicals that she had wiped from the eyes of Solan long ago. This leaves her to be rather clumsy at times though can still keep them also unnaturally steady. Pain tends to flare up though with the pathways of the nerves erratic and can cause her problems if she is not careful as well as leave her without use of her hands for a time.
- Frailty and Immunity: Kira remains extremely prone to sickness due to the past disease that had caused her a near death experience. While it no longer effects her the side effects it had caused, such as a strain on her immune system, do remain to a degree. This can leave her sick, weak and very much so left out of what might be a fight and causes her to show herself as much stronger than she actually is. As such it leaves her extremely prone to physical harm as well as biological attacks.

History
To say Kira had a good life was an understatement. Imperial officials of the area commonly used her mother like a whore and her father like a work horse or else they and she herself be turned over for dissidence. She never understood why in those years after her birth that the planet was like this, long controlled and conquered like the rest of the galaxy as it made her sick to be around this place. None the less though they all stayed out of fear and it lasted like that for Eleven long years. She made a mistake though after all those years, one of the 'visits' made by the officials ended in her being grasped and the speaking of words which immediately caused Kira to back up and throw the scalding hot drink at the man.
Even if only eleven and at the pleading of her parents, they were led out onto the streets, words ringing from the now scorned man. "Traitors, all of you. This shall be your public execution." With that he drew his pistol, leveling it on the mother first whom he dispatched with the pull of a trigger while his men held the daughter still. Next came a second crack and before long the body of her father slumped to the ground. Echoing through the gathering crowd the sounds of the blaster before it was leveled on Kira herself. "Die like those swin-" With that he was cut off simply by the ramming body of a child no older than her. Shock over came her and she stood there watching until suddenly everyone started to burst into flames.
In moments the shock was gone and she saw the blaster burst with chemicals from the powerpack landing on the kid that saved her. She rushed over and pushed the still burning man off him and then tried to clean up the chemicals with her hands while crying for someone to help. None did though, her hands and arms burning from flames and chemicals as she tried to help the kid until a man and a woman burst through the others, snatching up the two of them in seconds before the events caused Kira to simply collapse with her heart going out of control.
She woke up with her hands covered in bandages and her body hurting, the figure of a blind woman in her forties leaning over her. The woman asked her how she was, what hurt and what was different. She couldn't speak at first before being worried for the boy who had helped her... who had spared her from death like her parents. With a ginger tone the woman explained that boy was her son and she was sorry for what happened. And soon found her hands around the woman in sorrow over it all, while the nameless woman just held her.
For weeks she did the only thing she could think of to repay the kid whom she learned was named solan. Helping treat him, helping to make him better and as she did her own natural illness grew ever worse. It was a danger after another month in which she collapsed, spilling forth a puddle of blood at her hands as she bent over and Solan was the only one to see. Against what would make him feel better though he recognized the disease and looked among the shelves as he tried to remember its name. For many long moments he tried as Kira grew worse and worse until finally he found it and the cure.
In his rush though his mistake had come to where he used too much of an herb and in the moment worst shown to him, he caused a deeper illness in Kira than the one claiming her life. The moment she took the cure, his mother had came in and saw the situation, she asked what was going on and before he could explain Kira collapsed again. The Medicine made its way through her system and unknown to her or Solan, it caused her to become infertile. The herb had been from the world of deleritas in which it when concocted too much of it at one time caused adverse effects to its consumers.
With that fact for now only know to Solan's mother she held onto the secret. It remained that way for years, watching his son and Kira get closer as time passed. Kira herself had come to live with them due to her having nothing left to run to, becoming a part of the family first as another child and then something closer as she and Solan grew to love eachother. It wasn't until the eighteenth year that Solan's mother told kira about it and for a time Kira lost herself. Depression over this fact set in and for three years the mere sight of a baby caused in her greater pains than anything else.
She helped though, her and Solan moving to the capital of the Empire and becoming licensed doctors for the people there, silent about their hate and the training her husband had received. She knew after some time that one day things would change, they just had to wait and see when it did.
