SPECIAL FEATURES
- Bondar Crystal -- The saber's Bondar crystal starkly changes the properties of the lightsaber blade. While it still retains the same blocking properties of a standard saber, a blade from a Bondar crystal will briefly stun a target upon contact, instead of cutting like a standard lightsaber.
- [+] Block's blaster bolts, lightsabeer blades, etc. (See Lightsaber)
- [+] Lightweight, easy to use.
- [-] Doesn't possess the same cutting properties as a normal lightsaber.
- [-] Entirely non-lethal due to the Bondar crystal.
- [-] Does not work underwater.
The lightsaber, discovered by Kirie Ito in an ancient abbey on the world of Centares, was once used by the New Jedi Order of old. The weapon was believed to be part of a set used to train younglings and Padawans. The training saber worked as an excellent stepping stone to full saber combat, as instead of cutting when it struck someone, it would instead stun its target. This was due to its Bondar crystal, an exceedingly rare mineral found only in asteroids in the Alderaan sector. Kirie discovered the saber and took it as her own after she was lead to the ancient weapon while exploring with the Mara-Perlemian Trade Council Order. The weapon was rusted and worn from centuries of abandonment, but nevertheless was remarkably preserved and perfectly functional when it was discovered.
