Darth Pyrrhus
Well-Known Member
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Intent: To go through with the plan I had long, long ago of formalizing an NPC used in a previous RP and bring her back in a more official capacity. The NPC will serve as a sort of mindless enforcer, a sentient beast on a leash.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION
Age: 21
Force Sensitivity: Knight
Species: Human
Appearance:
At first glance Kistra appears to be more machine than Human. Even on a more close inspection this impression would be confirmed. The only visible skin on her is that on the upper part of her face, above her rebreather mask. The rest is covered by armour and cybernetics that she is never seen without. Her right eye is red, and stands out next to her amber left. Her right eye had to be replaced due to injury, and is now a cybernetic implant. The scar going over it is unrelated to the incident. She has short jet black hair, with only a few silver stripes at the front.
Her right arm was nearly cut off once, hanging on merely be a few tendons of flesh. The attempt to return functionality to the arm by mixing cybernetics with the original proved ineffective. It worked, although this solution was not deemed satisfactory by her superiors. The arm was amputated and replaced in its entirety with a cybernetic one.
The girl has suffered much. She has survived many near fatal injuries, most of which have been covered up by implants. Her neck, for example, is held together almost entirely by such implants. It is connected to the mask, and is one she cannot remove. This installment also extends to cover her ears. Hearing aid is implanted in the right side to compensate for the loss of an ear.
The rest of her body is covered up in a black, light armour. The situation underneath is a mix similar to what described above, where metallic implants come together with the body in various locations, leaving the entire thing essential to her survival. Aside from a large implant in her left hip, the most significant ones have already been mentioned. To separate where the armour ends and Kistra begins is a hard thing indeed.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
Name: Kistra Vulen
Loyalties: Darth Pyrrhus
Wealth: None
Notable Possessions: Lightsaber x2
Skills:
Knight level Force user capable of:
Personality:
Kistra used to be identified by her proud and arrogant nature. She treated people as lesser than her. She would often use her looks to get ahead. Another tendency of hers was to agree with the most powerful person in the room in an effort to gain favour. In short, an entitled Sith Acolyte from a rich family with high hopes for her future. She behaved like nobility surrounded by the plebs. However, since her decline she has been broken down and rebuilt as something quite different.
Kistra can now be summed up as something of a mindless beast. Her cybernetic implants ensure that she finds herself in a constant state of pain. The memory of who she was and what she has become fuels her with hatred. Over time most of her identity has become lost in this new persona, and there is little left of that girl who once joined up with the Sith Academy on Coruscant. Kistra has been driven mad by the many experiments conducted on her by people who cared little for sedating her during the process.
In the end she is filled with hate and rage only tempered by Pyrrhus, and she serves him with an unquestionable loyalty. He has been responsible for breaking her mind and building it up according to his design. He controls her with an iron grip. The girl is little more than a weapon, hardly capable of socialising.
COMBAT INFORMATION
Weapon of Choice: Lightsaber x2
Combat Function: Kistra is a weapon with a fairly straight forward purpose. She is a brute relying on sheer power and speed. Like a beast on a leash, she is an aggressive, mindless warrior with little to no strategic thinking behind her moves. Fighting with either one or two lightsabers, her mindset has her fit in well with the Juyo style. The only trick up her sleeve is her right arm which can be used to send jolts of electricity through.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Kistra Vulen hails from a wealthy and influential family. Her upbringing has left her both entitled and spoiled. When she became old enough her parents made the strategic move of sending their daughter to the Sith. Their reasoning was that she’d come out a fine and powerful Sith Lord, which in turn was hopefully something they could benefit from as well.
Kistra did alright in training, and was considered to be above average. She was one of the more notable individuals at the Academy of Corsucant. Pretty good, but just barely not good enough to be picked up by a Lord for more close and individual training.
Despite this, she had a promising future until a run-in with Darth Pyrrhus. Kistra was once a young, beautiful girl with good prospects. Long, red hair, sharp eyes and an athletic frame. Even then, despite her feminine physique, the girl was far stronger than she seemed. That all changed drastically after she, another Human and a Bith were tested to see which would rise to become Darth Pyrrhus’ apprentice. She was not successful. The Bith was killed by the other Human and Kistra was defeated. As a result of this little battle royale she lost her right arm and suffered near fatal injuries to her neck.
Kistra did not die here, but her life was effectively ruined. She never recovered physically or mentally from the wounds. While Pyrrhus left with the other Human, she was left behind, broken and destroyed. Over time Pyrrhus secretly collected her and had her sent into his service. Slowly she was turned into a monster. Constantly in pain, never to ascend beyond her current level. She was tortured, mind and body, which left her a slave without chains. The cybernetics she was implanted with restored her somewhat to the state she had been before, but they came at a terrible cost, and certainly she would not survive without them.
Her family’s hopes for her (and more importantly for themselves) would never be realised. However, Pyrrhus gained a rather wild hound for him to unleash as he saw fit.
