Appearance:
Often it is her vibrant Blue eyes that throw individuals off the first time they see Thel, though this is merely because she is still young (in relative terms for an Energy Vampire) and is still learning to contain her emotions. Long tresses of black hair flow over her shoulders, though this is only seen when she removes her helm. More often than not her entire body is enclosed in her armor, kept hidden away from anyone.
A natural beauty was gifted unto her when she was born, and even more so she sees it as a reason to keep herself hidden. Though she will indulge herself, and from time to time she'll wear the bare minimum of cosmetics to enhance her already beautiful appearance. The most noticeable thing about Thel though is her right arm. Having lost it during the Netherworld Event, she has since had it replaced with a full cybernetic limb; forgoing covering the appendage in synthskin, she's opted for the obvious chrome plating to cover the inner workings.

Previously hailing from a wealthy Core-World family, any ties to that wealth were severed when she joined the Holy Order of the Righteous Flame. What credits she does have in her pocket comes from the donations of those that they help, often enough to keep her equipment maintained and to keep her stomach full. What few credits are left over are often saved and kept in a personal fund.

"The Big Sister of the Unit..."
Often when others of Sigma Praetorian are asked about Thel Jiktar, also lovingly referred to as 'Banshee', due to what they described as a continual nagging that sounds like a wailing woman. This is due in part to her own way in which she shows that she worries and cares about the members of Sigma Praetorian. At times she comes off as brash and rude, though this is more often in part to her own background and upbringing; just as much as showing that she is a steady constant in an ever shifting galaxy.
Outwardly she shows no real emotions, a stern facade upon her face as her piercing eyes fall upon everyone and everything. Inwardly there is a genuine worry for the members of her unit, those that she calls her family.

Combat Function:
- Knight-Lieutenant Jiktar is a skilled fighter, and while she is a decent shot, her best skills come in close quarters combat. Her capability to quickly adapt to changing battlefield conditions, while also engaging enemies too close for effective blaster fire (by drawing a longsword and tearing into the enemies), has proven herself worthy of being a member of the Sigma Praetorian. Due to her role as Second-in-Command of the unit, she also takes on a more watchful role, keeping an eye out for changing battlefield conditions that could adversely affect the unit.

Thel Jiktar is not the woman's real name, though what she was known as before she changed it when she left the Core Worlds is a secret she keeps to herself. What little information is known is that she had once been a member of some Core World aristocratic family, and she gave that life up willingly. She didn't want to be stuck in the parlors and stuffy high rises of the "upper class". She wanted to see the galaxy at her own pace and at her own desire.
During her travels, she saw marvels that she never fathomed she would see had she stayed a pretty little wall flower. Her life though would change during the Netherworld Event when she witnessed billions of people disappear over night. It was during this event that her life would change further, when a rift to the Netherworld opened up, and only took her right arm and shoulder into the Netherworld.
She was lucky that she was found quickly by a mysterious woman. Begging, not wanting to die, this woman changed what Thel was, and since then she's felt a deep bond with her savior. Now not knowing when she'll die, or even if she can anymore, she has dedicated herself to keeping the woman that saved her (Amelia Sorenn-Syrush) safe from harm.
