Knights Obsidian | The Aesthetic Poll!

The Knights Obsidian, as far as Lore, Organization, and Purpose have been thoroughly fleshed out. But what hasn't been decided is the ever-important aesthetic. With armor submissions, bases, and graphics in mind, what sort of aesthetic should we go for?

Nat's about an aug away from being cyberpunk already, so...

I see the appeal for a fantasy theme, but I dunno. That feels more like it fits an FU group more than anyone else. Few NFUs are gonna be able to get away with sword fighting a Sith or Jedi and live to tell the tale. For those of us who aren't magical space monks/witches/demonic sorcerers, we gotta get an edge somehow. It would make sense in my mind if said edge is shiny chrome.

IMO - Teams are comprised of different elements. There are many teams where 'powered' people and 'non-powered' people work together. Be it FU or NFU we need to find something that we can all live with and agree would be a benefit.

Could we have a showing of 'art styles' that you think would fit? Maybe post a few pictures of gear? It would be easier for me to envision if I'm actually able to SEE what everyone is talking about. My favorite at the moment is something Dizzy posted:

But, these seem a little dark. I was thinking I might be able to Photoshop them different colors to be able to reflect the different roles of Pathfinder, Adjudicator, and Executor. I'm also not sure if we need something with MORE armor too. Or, we just have multiple options. I kind of like that.

^There are plenty of armor types to choose from, no matter what corner of the internet you search. In essence, we can have a "theme" for the KO, but everyone would be free to pick their own armor. Maybe assign colors for each Path.

But yeah, changing my vote - Mass Effect aesthetic ftw.
