All I know, is that no one called dibs on writing with me, so I guess I'm left to letting the Darkside's strong influences there work and worm their way through the cracks and damage in poor Ryn's mind.

As Ostanes' writer, I can assuredly say Ostanes is about as effective in combat as a wet blanket is in comforting someone. Just there to scoot about and explore.

EDIT: And, as a general purpose note.. He's not at all a typical Sith... Knowledge is power, and if you just go about randomly slaughtering people, you don't learn a lot.

As well, Ostanes will be there in one of Darth Moridin's old masks which conceals his Force Signature and identity entirely, and if you manage to crack that, via Sith Magic he will have a False Lightside Aura, and Force Stealth. So plenty of opportunities for talk, debate, and edjumacation.
