  Born on the Core World of Chandrila to a family he cannot recall, Korvan Toldreyn was given to the Jedi Order in infancy, raised and trained wholly within the temple on Coruscant. A model student, Korvan was often found spending long hours within the Temple Archives in search of answers to his myriad questions - often only creating more questions through his search. During his time at the temple, he met and grew close to a fellow Jedi, Solenne Abraxas - as the two trained together. Korvan and Solenne spent much of their formative years together, inseparable enough that it occasionally prompted some concern on the part of their superiors.
  
  Completing his trials to become a Jedi Knight at the height of the Great Galactic War, it was only a few weeks after reaching such a rank that Coruscant came under assault as part of the Sith Empire's infamous Endgame. Fighting in the temple itself as it was destroyed, Korvan narrowly managed to escape the world along with a number of wounded Jedi and civilian refugees into the outer systems of the Alliance. While assisting with this evacuation, Korvan met with Solenne once more, and the two in a heightened moment of emotion following such devastation grew intimate - though the burgeoning Jedi quickly cut off their connection, feeling deep concern at forming such attachment or passions in the aftermath of Endgame and the growing influence of the Sith.
  
  Still serving the shattered Jedi Order, Korvan helped with rebuilding and relief efforts across the former systems of the Alliance, assisting as well with its reformation. In this period, Korvan met Rakaan Horne, bringing the young boy to the Jedi Order and beginning to raise and train him in the ways of the Jedi as his own Padawan. The two grew close over the years, and Korvan came to view Rakaan's graduation as a Jedi Knight as one of his greatest achievements. Yet a while later, that achievement would sour as his former Padawan began to dip into the teachings of the Dark Side. The two argued, and eventually, Rakaan was lost to the order after a failed mission. Though Korvan made every effort to retrieve his former student, but failed to do so before Horne joined the New Imperial Order.
  
  In the Aftermath of the Galactic Alliance and New Jedi Order's revival, Korvan has predominantly served as a scholar, explorer and diplomat for the order. He spends much of his time in far-flung and isolated systems, in search of force nexi and artifacts of both the Jedi and the Sith. Additionally, he has served as a liaison to the Galactic Alliance Defence Forces, leading strike forces and joint teams on reconnaissance and intelligence-gathering missions.
