BIOGRAPHY:
Outer Rim Territories
There was a period of what could be called peace that reigned during the early years of Korvas Starfire’s life. He was born to a mother Lillian Starfire and a father Alastor Starfire. They were both members of a Jedi Order, as there were so many currently. Everyone had their own ideals and their own beliefs and that was perhaps something that happened that turns Korvas’s life into one of pain and suffering.
Being born to Jedi it was evident that Korvas would have a Jedi like upbringing, his midi chlorian count was there and the force was with him. At the early age of 4 he already began to show signs of force related skills without being aware of it, and just a year later training began for the young boy, trained by both his parents and even other members of the Jedi Order. However it was also at the turning of his 6th birthday that he noticed a change in those closest to him. Particularly his Father and Mother, they were sent on a mission for a long period of time and didn’t return for almost 4 months. Upon their return he heard whispers of capture and torture and things such as that, however he dismissed these thoughts from his mind as it seemed they showed no different tendencies towards him. However, that changed as their moods darkened and he could sense a different sort of love coming from them, it wasn’t peace and harmonious it was dark and terrifying. The more he began to learn of such things the more he got curious and the more frightening it seemed to get.
Korvas felt that others had indeed noticed such a change and his parents were sly and were easily well off about turning away such thoughts and rumors. It wasn’t until one day that the 9-year-old was hanging around in his father’s ship that he uncovered a message from a mysterious figure that seemed to have known his parents, too well. He spoke of the ruin of the Jedi and destruction of the Temple. It was at this point that Korvas was full aware that he had gone far to deep and when he was just bout to turn around and leave his father was their standing before him just as his mother had come up behind him.
“What’s going on?” Korvas whispered on trembling words. “We have friends here, people we know here.”
“They were good people, they are not anymore. Their lies are sickening, and they promote peace while the secretly look to control everything around them. The Jedi are not peacekeepers anymore son, they have broken their pledge to help those around them.”
“I don’t understand.” The young boy spoke just above whisper.
“You will in time son, we are the cure, the answer for their plague. Can I count on you to not tell anyone about this.” His father knelt before him and reached for his shoulders and gave him a small shake. “Can I count on you son?”
Korvas glanced around in particular as he stared at his mother for a moment’s notice and he looked back to his father.
“Yes father, I swear.”
What choice did he have, it was this or something else had he had spoken otherwise, and during that last year before everything went to total chaos, he had learned of what they spoke of. The Jedi, Sith, all of it. And his mind began to look further beyond his wildest dreams when it came to peace and destruction. The ways of the darkside had seemed much clearer than he could have ever realized.
A day before he would turn ten years old, the day of judgment and reckoning came. Korvas stood outside his parents’ shuttle as the Enclave was before him and the fire that engulfed the Temple could be seen before him. He heard the screams of those he knew, and he could hear lightsabers clashing in the distance.
Korvas stood before the temple with his arms crossed, a newly constructed lightsaber at his belt as he looked onward with sort of saddened and pained look on his face. The night had come quickly and the air turned cold. The deed was done, he could see his parents walking in the distance and he cleared his throat slightly as he looked to them once the got within close enough distance.
“Is it over.” Korvas asked easily enough, his words coming out rather quickly.
“Yes, however a distress signal was sent out, we don’t have much time. Get on board and prep the ship.”
“Yes father.” Korvas said as he turned around and began to make his way up the ship and just before he reached the ship. A shuttle flew by quickly overhead and Korvas watched as hit sped past and then turned around and made its way back to where they were, a light showed from the ship that lit up their area. The ship touch down and and he thought there were some of his parents allies but in truth it was Jedi. Small exchange of words that led to sabers ignited and a yell from his father and mother to get aboard the ship and leave.
How? How could he just leave though? Korvas. just stood there as he watched the array of lightsaber exchanges take place and it wasn’t again until he heard his fathers thunderous voice to board the ship and leave that he heeded his word and ran aboard the ship and began to prep the ship for takeoff.
He couldn’t leave though, how could he leave them. Korvas glanced out the window and in seemingly quick succession his father was cut down, then his mother followed. Tears thus enveloped his eyes no teardrops fell as he ran off the ship. Korvas ran up to them and his father was already dead, and his mother look to soon follow. He held her hand briefly as she looked him in the eyes for a moment and the saw no more.
He could hear talking among the Jedi before him, but he couldn’t make any of it out as he just stared at his parents’ bodies. There were four Jedi their and it looked like two of them left to survey the damage to the Jedi Enclave and look for survivors.
“Hey, kid are you alright?”
Their words fell on deaf ears as a fire could be seen in his eyes. He hated them, he wanted to make them pay for what they did. What choice did he have, flee or fight? Korvas knew that he wasn’t going to flee…
The ten-year-old stood up and ignited his lightsaber blade and then he foolishly charged the two Jedi.

In a perfect world, this might have seemed like an easy victory. Unfortunately for him it wasn't so, he was taken down rather quickly and was bound and place in a holding cell aboard their ship. Damage control was being done, so the ship was still planet side. For the time being, he was stuck in this cage with no hope of getting out.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
