- Name: Kot Vind (formerly Kot Zukern)

- Cursed-blade. (only has one)
- ilum-carbonite-grenades.

- Personality: Kot Vind is a clever man, however his mind has been altered to believe Vash Walker to be, essentially, a walking god. He believes fully that Walker created Kot and possibly even the entire Devaronian race. This helped create an intense loyalty in him. Outside of his obedience, Kot is a clever man. Used to the doings of Vash and of the Underworld. He can be a manipulative man, but only towards a goal. He loves the exploration of the planets he gets to visit, and the species he gets to meet. While he lacks the force himself, he is utterly fascinated by it and those who use it.
- Weapon of Choice: Primarily utilizes blaster pistols and one of the seven cursed-blades. However he makes good use of tactics and wits when working for a specific objective outside of direct combat..
- Combat Function: Kot is often Vash’s stand in. He has considerable skill with both weapons, tactics, and organization. Letting him work well as a leader of minions, or in direct combat. Although he can fight off a number of lesser opponents if he’s careful, and which best fits the use of the Cursed Blade, he prefers to act as a duelist against an individual opponent.

- +Trained to use the Cursed Blades very effectively
- +Fairly intelligent and clever
- +Used to working in the underworld and as a small group leader
- +Fierce Loyalty to Vash Walker
- +Good connection to Walker Telepathically that more easily allows intercommunication (he does not have telepathy himself)

- +Skin is highly resistant to fire
- +Inherent Devaronian advantages such as:
- Horns
- Very resistant to poisons and toxins.
- Two Livers
- Can use Sulfur to enhance physical abilities
- His utter belief in Vash being a god can also mean that he won’t assess his abilities correctly should he be in danger.
- Devaronians tend to stand out, and are often less trusted due to commonly being perceived as manipulators.
- Technically can’t truly maximize use of the Cursed Blade, as he isn’t force sensitive. And requires more effort to use them effectively.
- Use of Sulfur can damage his livers if he overuses it long term, thus either preventing him from using it as often or putting him at considerable risk.
Kot Vind was a project of Vash’s, as he required underlings who were trustworthy he came to the conclusion that they simply couldn’t be permitted to completely think on their own. As a result he applied some of his experience in manipulating minds on the capture of a Devaronian freelance gunslinger and smuggler named Kot Zukern. Walker altered his memories, changing his name, and even some alterations to his very personality. He instead emplaced in him the complete belief that Vash had created him, and a push to the belief that Vash had even created the entire Devaronian race but simply had no intention of spreading such knowledge. He furthered this by convincing Kot that he was a god in the flesh. And therefore should be obeyed completely, without question. Once the process was complete, Walker trained him in the use of the cursed-blades. Allowing him an advantage over many enemies as now he was an excellent bladesman, and with access to the use of pyrokinesis by means of the sword. He would go on to use Kot as his stand in for achieving some of his methods and often worked with him telepathically, making it possible for the Devaronian to act with additional information and input as compared
