Rationale: After the raid on Zeltros, Sabrina realized something was wrong with the one Sith. As true Sith would not waste their time killing non-combatants, as they would be a waste of effort to kill them. She stole enough money, to rebuild her company elsewhere. She decide to reset up on neutral world of Eisenwelt, as it had a major industrial base to begin with. Though she knew she have problems with the locals, as they did not like outsiders. This did not bother her, as they still had all the resources she need in one place.

The company is very similar to her old company, making ships new tech for them. She still has a major fascination with anti matter and plans to build production facilities for it as soon as possible to help her perfect the weapons she made for the one Sith. As well as making new ships for the phoenix order, she hopes to produce ships for all those that oppose her old order. Well, for a price, of course.
She had chosen the planet of Eisenwelt, to set up the new company for few reasons. It a major industrial world, where she could get all the resources she needed with ease. Though she knew there was down side to opening up shop here, she was not a native. The people of this planet, where a little xenophobic. This in turn could push her over heads up, in short term while she get set up. Though she stole more than enough money from the Sith, to help smooth out this bump.
After her alleged death, the Company was left to Draco Vereen, who in turn handed its assets over to Marcus Rach, the CEO of ArmaTech Industries as a subsidiary of the weapons manufacturing titan.
