Tall stature and brooding appearance. Kotkas typically wears black sun glasses, with a black trench coat, black pants, and black boots. Avoiding Jedi robes for darker and more concealing apparel. Kotkas always keeps a straight or stone expression.
BIOGRAPHY:
Kotkas is a descendant of House Pelagia through his mother. When he was young he was very intuitive, and well connected to the world around him. His intelligence and intuition led him to become a detective, and then later in the outbreak of war he was drafted from his home planet and sent into service in the Republic army. In college he was good with computing, and when the wars between the Republic and Sith forces intensified he was drafted into service. Eventually through a distinguished military service he went into Republic Intelligence and joined SIS, there he conducted and served as an investigator and defense analyst. After several years he reached the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During a mission when Kotkas returned to activate field service, thanks to the One Sith, It was discovered that Kotkas was force sensitive. Afterwards he was reassigned to the Jedi Order.
