ADVANCED SYSTEMS

• Comprehensive stealth suite. From a stygium cloaking device to a gravitic modulator, thrust trace dampeners, reflec and more, the Krisha-class gunship is efficient at countering many of the conventional and less-conventional ways of stealth detection.
• Experimental Didact Hyperdrive. After many experiments with hyperspace, hyperlanes, automation and more Didact has developed a cutting-edge proprietary hyperdrive. It is fast and integration with Y2 | Y4 modules allows for rapid micro-jump calculations on the fly. In essence this allows the pilot (if they are competent enough) more leeway to preform micro-jumps within systems and minimize the usual risks that come with it. (This does not allow for bypassing mass-shadows or interdiction fields)

Strengths:

• Armament: Powerful armament ensures that it can hit hard when it swings.
• Stealth: Comprehensive stealth suite ensures it will remain hidden for as long as it needs.
• Fast: Very rapid and fast response time with an experimental hyperdrive that enables more control over micro-jumps within the system of operation.

Weaknesses:

• Defenses: Can't handle much in the way of direct attacks. Its hull and shields are far less effective than ships of similar classes.
• Squadron count: Usually operates alone and without back-up and takes up a lot of maintenance space, practically the same as a single squadron.
• Production: There are only ten of them in total, which means they are only situationally used and effective. You won't see many of them active in the same field of operation.

Description: The Krisha was developed as one of the next-generation starships made by Didact after their first line of ships proved to be a huge success. From the bulky Alyx-class Elite Fighter to the formidable Nixa-class Destroyer Didact had slowly increased their experience and competency within the confines of space. They had already experimented a fair bit with stealth technologies in their Jindo-class Elite Bomber, but it would be the Krisha that would combine many of their new developments.

A stealthy gunship that focused on raw speed and powerful armament the Krisha was arrayed to transport troops, while also providing them with support fire from the air as they completed their mission. Primarily focused on dropping in and out of stealth as they hit soft targets, the Krisha is not aimed at absorbing hit after hit after hit.

Even a few solid direct hits can either take it out of the equation or cause it to pull out.

Together with a lack of numbers the Krisha is mostly injected in critical operations mostly involving the Void Squads of Didact.
