DESCRIPTION
Kuat-Entralla Engineering is a subsidiary owned and operated by both Kuat Drive Yards and the Technoid Manufactorum. Taking advantage of the Imperial interests in Kuati starship and vehicle designs, Kuat-Entralla was re-established on the world of Entralla not long after its taking by the New Imperial Order from the Sith Empire. Mostly in part from investments by the Order and Gat Tambor Kuat-Entralla recieved additional funding to begin operation, shifting the design contracts of many Technoid projects to under its name in order to better reflect the aesthetic origins of the products.

RATIONALE
(As current operating officer of Kuat-Entralla Engineering, Gat refounded the company and established a board of directors taking from New Imperial Order technicians as well as Technoid and Kuati engineers in order to restart the company's operations, beginning with several initial contracts sourcing from the New Imperial Order's war effort.
