Designed by Sasori for the Atrisian commonwealth after their seventh or eighth time being attacked. As a rapid reforestation tool that is designed to go with their improvements. The testing phase of it all being brought around for other worlds to be able to use it on their own. The seedlings encased in a biodegradable container that upon impact spreads out and lets the roots go into the ground. Under the proepr conditions with water and light the plants being seeded can grow and start the process on the planet or planets. The testing phase of the torpedos was short as they tested with ship based precision targeting for guiding it to the designated area.
