Kylo's Beskad was designed to be aerodynamic, quick agile and defend against lightsabers. The Beskad has a sleek design for just that purpose. It also has a rubber hilt for reduction in impact pressure. The edge of the blade has been sharpened to a razor sharp fine point for easy cutting.
