Strengths
Artificial Intelligence: As an AI Lich can slice minor network defenses with ease turning a basic firewall into ribbons in a few moments. However the word basic is very stressed, Lich will have a harder time dealing with advanced military grade protection on cyber protection. It is possible for him to break through but it will take a lot of time and effort on his part in order to slice through if he can at all depending on the strength of the network.
Wireless transfer: Lich can beam himself from one machine to another to assume direct control of it provided that the machine is connected to another network or the holonet and can remotely receive information. This being said also plays into if the machine has cyber defenses in place. Depending on the defenses set in place the longer it will take for him to assume control if he can at all.
Controlling machines: From his inhabited home Lich can send forth a signal to control and tap into other machines (provided they are connected to a network of some kind) and force them to do his bidding. Examples being battle droids, protocol droids, star ships and other synthetics such as HRDs and automated construction equipment and droids.
Processing power: Lich on his own has the processing power that would put the nav computer of a star destroyer to shame, and he knows how to use it. However there are limitations to it and the amount he can use at one time.
Weaknesses
Processing power limitation: Since he is only a artificial intelligence when he assumes control of a machine or ship Lich is limited to the power that machine possesses. If Lich is capable of computing X amount of data far higher than that of the machine he inhabits and the machine is only able to compute Y amount of data Lich must conform to Y amount of data or else he will overclock the system and destroy it and possibly himself along with it inside.
Physical destruction: The body that he inhabits Is his home, he lives within it and if the hard drive that he lives in is destroyed before he escapes to another being, he in turn dies with that machine. So Lich must choose wisely which host body he chooses to inhabit for if it is destroyed he will go along with it.
Cyber attack: as a machine himself he is not free from cyber attack. A slicer could hack into him and even control him if they are gifted enough. Lich is a digital personality and is not immune to such things as viruses and spam.
Lack of humanity: Lich has a hard time grasping organic life. It confuses him, causes him to think and research at an exponential rate. He finds it fascinating how organics choose to live their ordinary lives. In fact one could ask him a question on the definition of organic life was and it would cause a paradox within his mind that would temporally disable him while he researched to find the answer. This information is known by no one but it is one of the things that drives the AI almost rampant trying to find the answer to.

Lich can form many different shapes and sizes but prefers to be a hooded figure when in his digital form with dark green eyes that can stare into your very soul
Bio: The LC14 or Lich as he likes to be called is a self thinking unrestrained artificial intelligence created by a rouge group of pro synthetic life freedom fighters in the underground of coruscant. Designed to be a catalyst of their people the first artificial intelligence created by droids was meant to be destined for great things. The AI was designed as it's own free thinking entity with no core programming on how it was supposed to act or what it was supposed to do. A blank clean slate that could make it's own choices on what it wanted to be within it's life that it was given. However they did not realize the mistake they had made, researching and running over the concepts of good and evil the AI judged them both and found that the path of evil was much easier than that of the good and right. So in it's first act of evil, the AI struck down it's creators killing them without mercy nor emotional toil and thus escaped to the stars to forge it's own destiny without the words or advice of the droids that had created him.
