Howdy fine folks of Chaos, and those who are versed in the realm of photoshop. I humbly have a request, title aside, for some photoshop expertise. The target in question is this gif:
See, it's a nice looking gif. But the black box around it is slightly jarring. The main thing I'd like done, is for it to maintain the nice graphical glitchiness, but appear more like so:
