So this took awhile for two reasons, one [member="Lady Kay"] is a total humble person and would never bring up this as a thing... and two because she does not link her bio in the section for her avatar... so I didn't know she had her bio so nicely updated.
That all being said lets get to the important things here, this is a master vote for a member of the republic who while not part of the force enclave and usually only using the force in secret has done far more work then a lot of people. Myself especially when it comes to being qualified.
This is because the rank of master doesn't just denote IC ability it is also a symbol that you have the skills to communicate and work with people. You have the respect of members who see you have done more then enough and most importantly you are not a terrible person who has a bad attitude. IC wise and OOC wise [member="Lady Kay"] makes a lot fo people look bad in comparison.
She has always been accepting of anyone for rps regardless of their skill level either preceived or given by reputation. She is always willing to talk with you and listen in pms to personal problems and offer advice, she has served in the republic for a good while helping everyone who needed it as a mod, admin, owner and with everything shown the utmost respect to the members from the most veteran member to the newest rper.
All have been treated equal with respect from her, more so the ones who like to cause drama IC and OOC because it is considered fun by them. They can be rude and nasty and she'll just be respectful to their faces even if they insult her. It is for that attitude and level of well care, respect, helpfulness and even at times selflessness (this woman will not just help, she'll lead thread, support you wanting to be awesome in a thread or be there to give the personal dev without needing it for herself)
So with all of that said here are the rules for those that do not know them. This vote is for masters only, it will be open for a week and you will decide yes or no if you think she has earned the rank of master on the board both from an IC and an OOC perspective. Once you have cast your vote please make sure it is clear and offer whatever constructive criticism you can think of if you want to offer it. Do not be rude about it but feedback is always welcome going forward. From there once all the votes are tallied we'll present it to the RPJ's for their vote.
