- The Laminorian females are more laid back than the males. They prefer to stay closer to the jungle and spend most of their time in the trees. They don't care much for the water and instead prefer to hunt small animals and insects that live in the treetops. Their cities are comprised between trees and rivers. They like to keep a close eye on each other and their children. They tend to be less aggressive than the males, and they are more concerned with looking after their young.
Laminorians appear as part human and part serpentine.
They are huge creatures that tower over humans, but they are much more slender than the Marbrecretians. They have long, sinewy limbs and graceful bodies. Their heads are reptilian and serpentine in appearance, with three pairs of forward-facing eyes, and their mouths are filled with rows of needle-sharp teeth.
Laminorian females are a bit larger than their male counterparts, and they also have a longer lifespan. Their skin ranges from any number of colors and often displays fanciful patterns. Their scales are smooth and shiny with iridescent qualities with some bio-luminescence under patterns. Their heads are just as colorful as their scales. The Males of this species tend to be more colorful and more aggressive than the females. Their fingers are tipped with quill-like talons and their hands are webbed with four fingers.
The Laminorian males are a lot more muscular than the females, and they have longer arms and legs. Their necks are much thicker than the females, and they have smaller ears and longer more vibrant tails. They are a semi-aquatic species and spend most of their time in the water. When they do venture out of the water, they tend to stay near the shoreline. Their upper half is more humanoid in appearance but elongated. They have gills along their rib cages and possess lungs beneath. Their lower halves look more kin to a cross between a serpent's tail and long attached fleshy fin materials along the back that serve as visual displays for attracting mates.
The Laminorian males have two large spikes on the sides of their heads, and their tails are thick and bulky. Their claws are sharp and are capable of tearing through most bio mass with ease. They are quite territorial and will attack any other male who enters their territory/home without permission.
The Laminorian females have shorter arms and tails compared to the males, but their necks are still much thinner. They like to adorn their hair with shells, beads, and scrimshaw works. Their scales are very thin and delicate. Their tails are usually adorned with decorative shells and jewels.

The council consists of a Prime Minister, a First Consul, and a Second Consul. These three people work together to rule the country and are elected into power by tribal representatives (chieftains).

The River Nation of the Laminorian resides in the Moorlynn Bayou. They live in lush verdant jungles and vast winding rivers.
Their culture is very tribal. They are a patriarchal society, and they believe in the importance of family. They believe in keeping their family together and making sure everyone stays happy and healthy. Stronger and more visually impressive males tend to boast harems of several women. They are also very protective of their young, and they raise them to be strong and independent. They teach their children how to hunt and fish, and they give them their own personal weapons so they can defend themselves when needed.
The Laminorians have developed a unique language of their own. They have a musical quality to their voices that is difficult for humans to imitate. Each tribe may have a unique dialect, and it is not spoken by many people outside of their own tribe. Despite living in the Jungles and Rivers they have advanced technology that boasts of sophistication and elegance. They have created things such as tools, machines, and weapons.
