Aurna was nervous about this next step but she felt it necessary. She had come with a datapad enclosed in some sort of lockbox. It would be familiar to the person she handed it too. Hopefully Circe Saven would recognize her former's lovers secret box, one that only she would ever know about. Inside it was a message, a message for Circe. So she was here waiting to be let in the womans presence. She had made sure to mention that she was here on business but when ignored by the mean assistant, she had came to the desk anyways. " Excuse me I am here to see your boss. "

"Do you have an appointment miss?"
the secretary hardly giving her the time of day.

"No, but I am sure that your boss will want to have this package but I can't give it to anyone but her"

Circe's Subach office had long since been closed, but her office on Antecedent was still complete and intact. It was here that the former Alli had likely come - and as the woman heard the back and forth argument of her secretary and the lady who wanted to have a meeting, she immediately focused on the box in the woman's hands.

"Let her into my office."

That box belonged to her first love, which could mean only one thing.

She was either dead, or she wanted to reconnect. Either option was better than the situation they'd last left themselves in.

Aurna came in and handed the box to Circe. She looked down, as if she was sad to. She didn't say anything. She was sad, for a great woman had died, Alli Wren was dead and somehow she had gotten everything from her estate. Which was money mostly, Alli had acted strangely her last day and it seemed liquidated most of her assets and given things away. Aurna had been the recipient, as she had made friends with Alli once on one of her vacations. Or that was the story.

The master crafted box, had a lock that only Circe would know how to open. It opened and had a piece of Alli's hair, a datapad, a ring and some other sentimental objects that only would be valuable to one person now. On the datapad was a message that would start playing for Circe immediately.

Alli Wren appeared on the screen, she had some tears in her eyes.

"If you are getting this, then I am no longer among the living, I loved you Circe more than you ever knew. I was never able to find anyone like you, who I could love so fully. I know our past is muddy, and that it all ended that night I found out you had married another. I never could let go fully and so I kept these mementos which I want you to have now. I am sorry, " Alli let out a sob. " I am so sorry for what I did to you and how it ended but I couldn't forgive you and well it is now one of my biggest regrets. I "sob" Really did love you, which is why your betrayal hurt so much. I had let you in further than I had ever let anyone in. I know I should of forgiven you but now is too late.The Count of Serrano and his co conspirators have made sure of that. The messenger of this box, is a girl I found and adopted, she is sweet and well everything I am not. Could you make sure she is safe, though she probably won't like you in her life, just watch out from the shadows, I can't let her get hurt so I send her to you If you could do one thing for me, could you awaken the force within her... I want her to be able to do anything her heart could ever want and I know my greatest weakness was the fact that I was not force sensitive. She is sharp with machines like both of us and I see bright things in her future. I have left her everything that I have and hope that is enough, I am sure that with your eyes on her, she will be safe. That is my final request, that you keep Aurna Vern safe and allow her to use the force. I don't want anything to be denied to the girl. I know I can count on you for her safe keeping, please treat her as if she was your daughter. For she was mine, I kept her secret to keep her innocent, and would like it to stay that way so she can't be known to be associated with me, as much as I would love for her to have the name Wren. "

The screen went black and the message and some others that didn't seem to open yet were there on the datapad. Those were meant for Circe alone. One was their wedding video, and another was the night they decided to film their fun and the third was another message that seemed to be time activated.

Circe closed the box for a moment with her mouth open in shock. She didn't know much of what to say, other than that she was still trying to forgive herself for what she did. "I... I don't know best what to say." She sighed, taking the samples she now had of Alli's hair. The sentimental objects were placed in her desk, as was the datapad. "It's time-locked... When will it release itself?" She looked up at the girl whom Alli had entrusted to her.

"Come. Sit next to me, please."

Aurna gave a fake smile and sat next to Circe. "What do... you want?" She asked hesitant, not sure how the woman would receive as she knew exactly what was on that message, though that was the old her. She was someone else now. She was Aurna Vern, and she was her daughter now. In a twisted way. She sat there, curious what Circe was going to say or do. Aurna put up a strong front, but she was a storm of emotions herself. She wiped a tear from her eye and waited for Circe to do something or say something.

"I want to take care of you in accordance to Alli's wishes. Though I do admittedly question her death - perhaps she left her organic form behind while transferring her consciousness to a Human Replica Droid, or some other method of preserving herself. It would admittedly be explainable as a way of emulating my own death and rebirth..." She paused, smiling as she looked at the woman who was unknowingly once her wife. "But then again, that's another story."

Circe scooted to wrap an arm around the tearful young woman, giving her a soft embrace. "There there... What can you tell me about yourself?"

Aurna smiled at the embrace. " I am Aurna Vern, I got to know Alli well but not often. She was always busy, especially after Druckenwell, when they accused her of killing billions. I want to believe she didn't do it but well she did plead guilty and get expelled from protectorate space. But she is gone now, so I just have to hope the rumors are false and that she was the person I came to know. I haven't seen her in forever. I didn't even get to see her body... I just contacted through her lawyers. " She teared some more. " I really liked shopping and spending time with her, she was so nice." She said crying more. She had come to love Alli Wren. She was able to sell it because tears were easy to come since Druckenwell. "I... was told to bring you that... and I didn't listen.. so what happens now?"

"Now, I keep you with me." She smiled. "Particularly since I have new business ventures going on. While Subach has been eliminated, the capital I and Mr. Cater have formulated together means that we will be resurrecting the corporation in Omega Protectorate space soon. I have... doubts, to say the least, regarding the Abrions' willingness to protect my material."

She paused for a moment. "What can you tell me, though, about how Alli met you? Or how she created you? Or generally how you got fitted into this big picture?"

" I don't want to stay anywhere, I want to explore.. to find out the wonders of the galaxy. I am glad I guess... I didn't listen to Alli when she went off about business. We usually talked about who we thought was cute... Clothes.. How life was. She freed me from a position i rather not revisit even the memory of those days. I got to know her and well she let me stay at her home on Corelia.. till that was confiscated, then I traveled a bit and fell in love with exploring. She let me go to a resort in Spira, that was fantastic. They had giant beaches and huge resorts and they treated me like I was a princess." She said smiling. She was a kid who wasn't use to wealth after all. " I mean..it was nice but I rather be treated like a regular person.. I want to travel without the entourage and the fancy hotels. I want to be a normal tourist."

"So should I simply hire you as an employee then?" Her eyebrow perked in curiosity once more. "Alli wants me to take care of you, but you don't want to indulge in the lifestyle of the rich and noble. I would assume being an employee would be a preferable option, no?" She really hoped the young woman chose to ally herself businesswise with her - if she didn't, that would be sad.

"Well I want to go traveling so I don't really want a job.. if you had some work I could do while on the road, I wouldn't be opposed but well I just don't want to put down roots. " She said matter factually. "She might want you too, but I don't to work for you, I have my own money and I am 20 years old, I don't need someone trying to babysit me. " Aurna frowned. "But I will check in with you every step of the way so that you don't worry. Just like I did for Alli. I do hope you don't mind.. but I just don't want to stay in one place. When I stay still to long bad things tend to happen. "

"I... suppose that's appropriate." She frowned. "I was hoping to have you around more so we could get to know one another - not to mention my latest business venture is admittedly short on employees. And being that you were so close to my dearly departed friend, perhaps you picked up on her business skills."

Such would give Circe a significant advantage when the rebranded Subach resurged itself.

"I mean..sorry but I just.. am bad luck, don't want you dying too.." She sighed " I will help I mean.. she taught me about droids and computers. I kind of liked it but I want to find out more about life. " She smiled a bit. " I also know that subach doesn't have such a reputable name, I rather not be associated with it. I rather earn my break somewhere I will be challenged and have no favors. I have no skills or formal education. I want to earn my way in wherever I work. " She sighed "You wouldn't let me.. you might say I am just an employee but I would never be just an employee."

"You're talking to someone who's been killed more times than you can imagine. Or Alli could imagine, I suppose..." Her voice trailed off. "We're not talking about Subach. We're talking about Emeritus Industries. And yes, you would be just an employee. I don't play favorites." She crossed her arms, sighing. "Your productivity is going to be heavily needed on what I'm working with."

"Well I think I will pass, sorry. " She sighed "Can I go?I mean.. I gave you what Alli wanted, and I didn't listen to whatever it said, so can I go?" She asked much the teenager with someone of authority. " I don't want to be your employee, but I will be your friend.. I can do that." Aurna sighed " I mean you obviously were something special to Alli so I wouldn't want to hurt you. But I really want to do my own thing. " She sighed hoping she wasn't over stepping her bounds. "You've a significant amount of authoritative spunk in that voice of yours... Just like Alli." She paused for a moment, considering whether... No, the chances of that were very unlikely. Alli had never shown herself to be Force-Sensitive in the slightest. "She wanted you to be made Force-Sensitive. I believe that can be done - though you will never have the full capabilities in the Force of a natural user."

It was true, after all - and she needed to unlock the time-locked portion of the datapad. It would be easy to do so, after all.

"She did?" She asked curious "What does that mean exactly?" She asked curiously She wasn't sure what that stuff Circe was talking about. " What do you mean make me force sensitive?" She asked as if she didn't know what she was talking about. It was very interesting indeed.

"There is something that can be done to you to imbue you with the ability to use the Force. It's a dangerous method, and not guaranteed to work in the slightest... Imbuing you with the power of Artusian crystals in a Force Nexus can give you some basic Force abilities. I suppose I could give you a suit to help you out as well - but ultimately, you'll never be as strong as me. A shame..."

She paused, thinking for a moment. "We'd need to take a trip."

"How do you know I am not force sensitive... I mean did Alli do some sort of test?" She asked curiously. "A suit?" She was confused now. " so I could do things like the jedi?" She was lost and it was clear from the look on her face. She looked at Circe wondering what on earth she was talking about. However Alli did wonder the real person behind the facade did wonder if in a new body if she could use the force because of that or not.

"You'd know if she had or not..." She paused for a moment, that suspicion flaring up for a second before dying back down. "Essentially, you could. You would be able to defend yourself far more capably than Alli typically was able to." She smiled. "Now... Tell me, Aurna. When does this time lock appear to be set to expire at?"
