Before you is a complete list of all relevant things any Witch or Jai should familiarize themselves with. This list is created for easier find and use of the information provided in this forum.
The sacred book of all Witches and Jai, kept in a place known primarily to clan leaders. The information is passed to younglings when they are ready to achieve further knowledge of their culture.
It tells the story of Witches from time known. Witches also document all known spells, explaining how they are cast and the words necessary to achieve them.
There are currently fifteen known clans on the planet, as well as three sub-clans among the Nightsister overclan. Each clan has its territory and clan leader, even if some of them are currently non-playing characters. Note that no other clan can be used among the Witches of Dathomir unless it is documented on the list with the necessary information.
The Force Order of Dathomir is governed by a unique concept of the Force, often referred to as Allyan magic. Witches cast spells, they abide by their Book of Dathomir, their respect their spirits. As Witches of Dathomir are members of the Mandalorian faction, our Force Order is their Force Order.
Though all clans have their rituals, events that have been older than any known Witch, since the unification there has been a selection of rituals that are common to all clans, with small alterations among clans.

For so long, the Witches had been divided among themselves and thus weak towards outsiders. It has only been in the recent years that the people had come to see that victory lies within unification and had become to work towards it.
Primary structure of leadership is a follows. Though there is meant to be one leader uniting all clans, there are in fact two. One light and one dark, and these two work as one entity towards the outside.

Along with the two leaders, all clans have their leaders, and those leaders (clan mothers and fathers) form a Council of Clan leaders. They are the government aspect of the leadership.
Though most Witches today speak Galactic Basic, in light of their communication to outsiders, the official language of Dathomir is Paecean, which is the primary language taught to younglings, used in spells, written down in the Book of Dathomir and other records.
Much like all other Force Orders in the galaxy, the Witches of Dathomir have their hierarchy through which all Witches rank up through their training. Everyone begins as an initiate upon their arrival/creation unless transferring from a different place. To achieve higher ranks, training is necessary. We advise you find a trainer to help you train.
