- Appearance: The first thing that people will notice about her is her tentacles, which are rather unremarkable by Liran standards. Also, she is covered in freckles close to her nose; as with normal Liran, she has blue skin and seems to be rather lithe by Near-Human standards. So she would also have a rather petite face as well. She thus stands 1.70m for 60 kg. Her ears are hidden behind some tentacles. As for her usual clothing, she tends to have two or three different suits: one polarized flight suit for spaceflight,

- Personality: Leastre seems to tolerate poorly any deviation from the norms; in addition, she also seems to closely monitor her caloric intake. Also, due to her background as a forensic accountant, she doesn't take lightly to dishonesty, even less when resource allocation or money is involved: you wouldn't want to be near her if she finds out you have been defrauding her. In these circumstances, she can get angry easily, screaming at the perpetrator of the dishonesty so that they would own up to their dishonesty. Otherwise, Leastre would not take evidence lightly, much less take statements without evidence to back it up.

- Combat Function: In a dogfight, she can sneak behind enemies in an attempt to flank them; however, on the ground, or in a boarding action, she would instead rely on agility to hit the weak spot.
Born on Kamino, Leastre Pandac was, like all Lirans, known to be brilliant among the non-Lirans that used to live on that planet alongside her. Her interest in forensic accounting became obvious when a financial scandal hit in the Kaminoan media, when the government in place at the time was hit by a massive corruption scandal. So she started to be attracted towards accounting but the scandal also having exposed the deficient forensic accounting training available on Kamino, she also began to look off-world to pursue her education and play a role in uncovering criminal schemes. Luckily, she was able to achieve what she wanted, out of her education; however, her education leading to the CPA (chartered professional accountant) designation was funded by her serving as an exotic dancer, using methods that narrowly avoided entering pornographic territory. Of course, after finding work all over Wild Space, she had to learn how to defend herself, while also learning piloting to fly around Wild Space from a mandate to another.
She spent the following decades flying all over Wild Space to serve clients in both an audit and a forensic capacity, but otherwise not serving in high-profile cases during her tenure as an accountant, and usually serving smaller companies or self-employed individuals for their accounting needs, regardless of whether or not they also had a court-related reason to hire her services as an accountant. For the most part, her clients were in the nightlife industry, and it was not uncommon for bartenders to declare drug trafficking revenues as part of their incomes. But when the then-Kathol Outback became part of the deal, she decided to go join their reserves, so that she could have another tool at her disposal to bring criminals to justice.
Given the more wild nature of the faction, spacer lifestyle was often part of life in the Kathol Outback, and few spacers would even think of joining any organized armed force. Once in the KO reserves, she began to take more aggressive piloting lessons on a part0time basis, but not flying a single combat sortie on active duty until the Vergesso Asteroids came, where she flew out of a base on D'Qar under the callsign T-account. She also became the D'Qar airbase accountant as well.
