Uncovering how a culture evolved and built their machines in a vastly different way over thousands of years isn't going to be rediscovered in a single thread. In order for the logical obtainment of knowledge on one of their greatest creations you would have to RP decades of research, testing, failure, and at the end success, and that would be with a good reference point. Without a working piece of Rakata Technology it would be near impossible. Not to mention that the starforge wasn't built in a day, and it was built by the slave labor of an Empire that spanned the Galaxy. It would take the factions of board uniting to be able to build it in any reasonable amount of time.
