I heard that this will piece together (no pun intended!) some events after VI and before VII. Not sure if it was right looking at this trailer it's 100% TFA.

I honestly thought they had cut ties with Star Wars and the games after there was no mention of them in Dimensions. This makes me happy I was wrong.

Glad EA wern't dicks about their exclusive game rights and gave Disney the go ahead to let TT make this. The Lego Star Wars games have all been awesome, and I'm totally buying this one.

They should've waited until all 3 were out or at least allow DLCs to be purchased for the new movies' content. Content from the anthologies would be sweet but they'd never do that. I hope they don't pull another 'Lego Hobbit' and put the first 2 movies ( or just one) in the game and not include the final act. They promised a final dlc for hobbit but it never came, the game ends with smaug going to destroy laketown.

They do these all the time for stuff like star wars, lord of the rings, I'm not surprised they've got one coming out. What I am surprised about is that it didnt come out a week after the movie did or something outrageous like that.
They're doing a good job of staggering Star Wars products over the year leading to 'Rogue One'. 'TFA' in December, the DVD in April, this game in June, hopefully more 'Rogue One' goodies August onwards until the release? Always keeping SW fresh in our minds.
