STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Battle Plans: While he may not show it at times, Len is an extremely talented tactician on the battlefield. He can come up with complex flight plans and strategies for victory.
Flyboy: Years of experience have made Len one of the best pilots in the Galactic Alliance. Put him in any Starfighter, and he will fly it like he has been doing it since he was a child.
Grow Up, Boy: Len has a hard time of taking things seriously. An avid drinker and goof off, he has a hard time of finding the line between partying and piloting.
It Ain’t Bragging If You Back It Up: While his reputation does back it up, Len believes that he is the best pilot in the entire galaxy. Though he is up there on the list, his cockiness can cause issues in the middle of battle.
APPEARANCE: Len stands around average height for most Starfighter pilots. Somewhat heavier in the weight side, Len tends to blend in with crowds very easily. Sporting a flight jacket and cap very often, he is rarely seen in any other attire.
HISTORY: Like most boys growing up on Pamarthe, Len Vert wanted to be a pilot. Having fully operated a ship at 7 years old, and rebuilding one at 12, the life of traveling the stars was the perfect fit.
Traveling away from his home at the age of 17, the young man quickly upgraded his ship to compete in races across the galaxy. Places bets with more money than he had, Len started making credits to help support himself. While racing was fun, there was still more thrill to be had.
When Len turned 22, he heard about a military group named the Agents of Chaos. Becoming interested in their cause, he decided to enlist. After fighting in a few of their engagements, the man watched as their forces grew weaker and weaker. Not wanting to stay on a sinking ship, the man left the organization, now going back to his racing routes.
From there Len got involved with a group called Darkwire, connecting with them and finding races through there. But after the Galactic Alliance seized control of his planet-of-residence, Denon, Len knew it was time to get back into fighting.
Enlisting back into the Defense Force, the man found his place within Phantom Squadron, before switching to Rogue Squadron. While neither of those groups suited his fancy, the pilot finally connected up with Revenant Squadron, calling it his new home.
Now Len flies as one of the Flight Officers within the squadron. On the rare occasion that he is let lose to wander the hangars, Len can be found giving not-so-good advice to younger pilots, or giving them tales of his past glory days
