Four impeccable women all focused on the same goal, the protection of the Illyrian Queen. These four women were selected by the King,
Adron Malvern
for a number of distinct qualities. All of the women were powerful in the Force, nimble & agile, the exact same height and weight, and came from Ancient Houses in Illyria. The Forbidden Sisters took their name from the fact that they serve as the Queen's own ladies in waiting, which meant it was against the law of Court for any Lord to take them as wives without the expressed permission of the Queen. They are trained to act as an elite bodyguard force, however they are also capable of being dispatched as masterful assassins.
While there are only four members in the guard, they have each received minor surgeries to make them look and sound exactly like
Saraya Arenais
. As her bodyguards they may also serve as her body doubles when necessary. The Forbidden Sisters have been regarded as some of the most skilled Bodyguards in the galaxy, having been trained by Le Garde Des Rois in combat and the application of the Force.
When in training, the Forbidden Sisters are often tasked to defend any members of the Royal Family, however they are well known to be trained specifically to attend to the Princesses.

- Combat Function: The Forbidden Sisters serve a number of combat functions, although they are never explicitly meant to enter into open combat. The sisters work an an advanced assassination group, priding themselves in dispatching their enemies without ever being seen. The group is well-versed in a number of poisons & toxins that can be administered to their target in a number of ways. They are exceptionally dangerous in close-quarters combat. Aside from being well-versed in vibroblade combat and martial arts, their nails are crafted with a Devaronian blood poison solution that can inject the toxin into any person who receives so much as a scratch from them.
- The unseen assassin: The Forbidden Sisters are trained to concoct, handle, and utilize a number of poisonous compounds. They add these poisons to their vibroblades, their nails, and often keep deposits of it in small vials and necklaces.
- Agility: All members of the Queen's Guard are exceptionally agile and skilled in acrobatics. Their ability to move from place to place is often done with such fluid motion many believe they have some kind of unnatural physical enhancement.
- Mental Fortitude and Conditioning: Capture of one of the Queen's bodyguard is a feat that should prove near-impossible. However, even in the case they are captured extracting information from one of them would prove near-impossible. They are well trained in denying powerful Force Users access to their mind. This makes mental suggestion and enthrallment an extremely difficult process, where the guard's mind and memory are more likely to shatter before being uncovered.
- Well defended: In the Court's of Illyria there is no place for those who are not extremely well-dressed. The Queen's guard wear a specialized wardrobe that appear to be traditional Illyrian Court attire. However the wardrobe for the Forbidden Sisters have all been reinforced with phrik armorweaves, making them extremely resistant to enemy assault.
- The Force: Members of the Queen's guard are chosen to be able to use the Force proficiently. They are skilled in a number of powers and abilities up to the rank of Master.
- Low Number: The sisterhood is a pointedly small unit. Each member is a practiced master in their trade, however this makes them extremely difficult to replace as their training can take years to perfect.
- Devout: Their one and only goal is to serve and protect the Queen of Illyria. There is no bridge they are not willing to cross and no life that cannot be extinguished to see the Queen safe and well-protected.
- Force Nullification: Ysalimiri, Void Stones, and other Force cancelling items will leave these women unable to draw on the power of the Force, limiting them to their more practical skill sets.
- Ranged Combat: The Queen's Guard are not intended to enter into ranged combat. Because of this they hold a notable disadvantage when entering into combat with ranged enemies.
