Lesson one, Hide and See.

Alexandra decided now was about time to get Abygail her first lesson so there she stood in the main common, waiting for the girl she had met on Coruscant. She was curious though in the girl that Alexandra had recently met. Their conversation had been a short one before so she wasn't all too sure on Abygail's abilities, but this lesson would give her some small insight into what it is that the she could do.

Abygail was still trying to adjust to her new life and living quarters in the Order of the Grey. She had been hearing a lot of activity around the temple, that even some of the members had gone off to fight alongside their Mandalorian protectors. While she wanted to fight the Sith, she wasn't anywhere near ready yet.

Hearing a summons to meet with the woman that brought her here, Abygail stretched and made her to the main common, curious about what everything was about and whether she might start training soon.

Alexandra smiled and stood in the middle of the main common, the lights above dimly lit already as she held a device that controlled them in her hand. She was curious to see how this woman would start and so she saw Abygail arrive and stored the controller in her robes.

"Miss Ericson, perfect you recieved word, i think today we will start with your first lesson." She smiled and turned in her place where she stood, starting to walk. "Today we will begin with your study into sensing. It is one of the most basic yet useful force abilities there is and a necessity for anyone that thinks they can be advanced. First, deposit everything with the exception of your clothing into this." She looked off to the side and grabbed a small bin, walking over and holding it out infront of abygail.

"Uh . . . okay?" Abygail said, unsure of the instructions but complying anyways. She dropped her comlink and a few loose credcoins in her pockets into the bin, but other than that she hadn't brought anything to this meeting except her clothes.

She was extremely curious about this sensing exercise, and how exactly could someone sense someone else. She could only do that when her emotions were heightened, like with the levitating things at that café on Coruscant.

"So now what?"

There was a Zabrak in the room, leaning on a nearby corner. He was quiet for the moment, bur his being there had a purpose. Art of the Small was a skill he knew well, and its use to shrink the users force signature was well documented. Through this, he would assist the training not as a teacher, but an object.

"I remove your sense of sight." She smiled and clicked the switch, the room becoming pitch black to the point where one could not see a few inches infront of them. Alexandra herself would switch over to her force sight to avoid tripping as she went to set the crate down with the items back where it was originally and began to speak. "Sensing an object or a person is to see where they are without knowing exactly through physical senses like sight... and hearing." As she spoke the second word her hand would wave, four of her now there and walking in a circle around Abygail, all speaking together. "I want to see if you can tell me in which direction my friend is... and it wont be as obvious as you would think it is." She smiled, thankful Krest already knew the art of the small, even expecting Abygail to fail a dozen times before she got just the general direction right.

"Oh great," Abygail said sarcastically. The room was so black she couldn't even see her own hand very well, but nonetheless she started to stumble around the room, hands outstretched. She moved around the room, but she could tell she was getting nowhere in finding this friend of Alex's, or even Alex herself.

She had no way to control her Force powers at all, and she realized she needed to use them to at least start looking for this person. Figuring the best way to start is to settled, she stopped moving, allowing her mind to become still, as hard as that was for her. The dead silence of the room was almost as oppressive as the darkness, but there was something . . . something she couldn't explain, but could feel.

"What is this feeling?" she mumbled as she let herself calm even further, something was stirring now. Things around her were becoming slightly more visible, but she had to calm herself even more to hope to even find a direction to go

Any concentration would probably be lost as a stone was sent right at Abygail's arm, just hard enough to bruise but not damage skin or internal bones. IT was meant to further test how well a hold she had on her focus but more importantly from what she saw before if Abygail would preform in the same way by letting her emotions get the better or her... Tests and results were all alex had.

Abygail hissed as the stone hit her arm, but it was nothing that she hadn't experienced before on Hapes, and she wouldn't allow it to break her concentration, not when she was so close to making a breakthrough.

"I know what you're trying to do," she said, her voice calm and neutral. Flickers of things, things that weren't in any a part of her movements, were flitting through her mind. "I know you're testing to see if my emotions will get the better of me, but you're going to have to try harder than that."

Closing her eyes, she allowed that feeling to flow through her, and it was then she realized just what it meant to be Force Sensitive. It felt like a warm, encompassing hug as she allowed her senses to flow through it, surrendering herself to its embrace. Life energies were starting to radiate to her, she was so close to trying and find them.

Alexandra grinned and this time let Hel try something. In a few moments Abygail would suddenly feel a cold chill run up her spine as Alex let the darker version of herself have a bit more freedom for a few moments. Hel herself would be trying to now infiltrate Abygail's mind, bring up the dark emotions and the cold thoughts to the front of her mind, making it harder to focus on the goal of finding krest

Abygail shuddered as the coldness leapt up her spine, and surprisingly, fear and anger tried to rise up in her. She had no idea where these emotions were coming from, they weren't hers, she had no reason to be angry or fearful here. Another trick, she concluded, one that was proving effective as her concentration was starting to slip.

Redoubling her efforts against the dark thoughts and emotions trying to rise up in her, she focused even more, taking deep breaths to suppress them and calm herself. A tiny pinprick of someone was forming into her mind, and she started taking a step the another slow step towards a corner of the room.

'Shes getting closer' ALexandra thought to herself before suddenly deciding it was time to see just how good she was at sensing, of course she knew this girl would see this as unfair but in a singular moment Alexandra made a dozen copies of [member="Krest"] throughout teh room before lifting her hand and letting a quick Force Blinding illuminate the area, both ruining Abygail's nightvision and likely confusing her when it came to which of the Krests were the real one at this point.

"Ow!" Abygail yelled, rubbing her eyes from the Force Blinding, but in the moment before her vision went completely gone, she saw multiples of the Zabrak she had been trying to sense.

"Oh come on, that's not exactly fair," she grumbled, but she wouldn't let it discourage her. Alex had obviously created illusions to try and throw her off from where the real Zabrak was. Which meant. . .

Redoubling her efforts, and trying to ignore the throbbing headache the sudden flash of light had caused, she could feel the pulses of the Force that made up the illusions, at least that's what she assumed she wad feeling, but each was a little different from what she had been feeling earlier, almost like an echo or shadow of his real presence.

She took another step towards the original thing she had been focusing on, she could even find it easier now. Each step, and every second, allowed her to figure out her senses worked even more, even though her eyes were useless now and would just deceive her.

Alexandra simply watched now, not a single trick or unfair advantage put against Abygail anymore and she simply watched as the girl slowly got closer to the real Krest. 'Hmm... can't i find someone who's at bad at the force as i was when i was at their training level...' She thought to herself, getting a bit tired of feeling like shes been out done time after time in her own past... She was definitely turning into a old woman with that train of thought...
