Private Lessons of time.

He looked around at the grass, the hills, and the rocks. His hermitage coming to an end and the answers he had gone looking for not found but instead new truths had revealed themselves to him. He had sought out power in the force, his duty to the republic of old. He had survived sith purges and attempts on his life. He had survived prisons and wars. He had charged through fire and flame to find his way and yet it always led him back to the same god damned place.

Avin stared out at where it had all started this mighty Journey that he had embarked on. He had learned a lot. Both about himself and the balances of the universe. Life, death, love. Emotion and fear were all things in their own right that he hadn't even started to understand. But he did now respect them. His time sequestered away on that small sanctuary planet had given him the years he needed to understand the way of the universe, the important things like peace and family.

Avin walked his way up the rocky grass hill to the small house that sat there. He took out the small bundle of his old brown Jedi robes. The bronze lightsaber hilt sitting on top as he set it down on her doorstep with a sigh of seeing something through.

He smiled and lifted the old weapon up to his hand with the force, letting it lightly rest there as he looked the thing over. A wave of joy ran through his mind from the old days now gone. He set it back down again and took a step back to look at the house. He could almost still smell the old scent of tea boiling on the stove.

The house was old, however it was well taken care of. It was still that small home that housed a small family, it didnt seem like anyone is inside youd feel then.

However up the old winding path to the home walked a tall green warrior, each step of hers was oddly quiet despite the mandalorian armor she wore, the clan symbol of Solus proud on her shoudler as she stopped spotting a figure in front of her house.

Frowning a little she slowly moved forward as she reached out with the force and blinked feeling that familiar signature she hadn't felt in so so long. Coming within fifteen feet she finally spoke

He turned to her and smiled, his once young handsome face now slightly marked with the signs of aging. He had a beard now, trimmed but still there and starting to speckle slightly with his first Grey's.

He felt her presence in the void of the force and took a deep breath before speaking.

"Well my queen there would be no excitement if not for surprise in this world of ours. Many little surprises can blossom into the things we hold most dear."

The man grinned at her and started to move forward towards her. He was dressed in a very plain white farming attire and an old battered looking brown leather coat.

"Besides I wasn't sure the most esteemed and noble Stardust would still have time for a plain old man such as myself."

She closed the distance between them, she had changed little it seemed, yet those eyes betrayed her age reflecting many years of war and pain within them

that is where your wrong....royalty in title I may be...but I was never truely fit for the extravagant lifestyle

Finally she closed the distance and hugged him tightly as she closed her eyes
