Slime trailed behind me as I pulled myself through the water. It was cold, but it felt good on my skin. It tingled a little. Elsewhere, larger things moved through the water. I could feel them gliding through it just as easily as I could feel the gravity that pulled them along. I had my own gravity. I moved it up and down in the water, sensing as it compresses the water. If I hold it still... the water turns into a tiny bit of ice. I chirp happily as I move my gravity, the ice floating to the surface of the water.
One of the bigger ones swings past me. It focuses its senses on me and I focus my senses on it. We're not the same. But we are the same. We are family. The bigger one chirps and sings. I sing too.
There are other things. They are smaller than me. They are in little things that float on the surface of the water and they stand on the land. They watch me as I play with my brothers and sisters. They watch me as I try to chase the bigger ones, the ones that make stronger gravity.
"They're energetic." One of the little things says.
