Let's Try This Again...

I love starfighting, and I've really enjoyed getting into the starfighting game in the Manaan invasion. (I wish I had shown up to battle a little earlier, though. Sorry, [member="Keanu Shan"]! ) My time in the thread has been short, but it's truly been enjoyable for me.

Many of you may know that I have operated the Rebel Alliance's Rogue Squadron for a fair amount of time. We had some good numbers there, but I guess the board just didn't find us that interesting. However, I believe the spotlight on the One Sith/Republic conflict could help bolster numbers for another foray into the fighter pilot RP.

I realize Wraith Squadron was rebooted [once again] only a month ago, but it seems to have [once again] died in the course of a week.

I would like to start a new squadron. And I promise that you can count on me to be committed to keeping it running. I was dedicated to Rogue Squadron for all those months despite the adversity, and I think if I could make a somewhat successful run in a small faction, then I have no doubt that I can achieve something bigger in a more-or-less popular faction like the Republic.

Sure, I could take the Wraith Squadron name if it's not imposing at this point. But maybe we need something fresh. Something along the lines of 'Blue Angels', even.

Again, if I have the support, I would like to make this happen. I love piloting, and I am willing to put some work in as long as I get some wingmen to commit to putting some writing in!

Please let me know your thoughts on this, and I'll gladly take squadron name suggestions as well. I will also post an ad on the public forums if this gets enough approval. I hope I get a good showing!
