Letting It Loose

Jaryn was quickly after young padawan [member="Johnny Diamonds"], he had seen that anger before. In people such as himself, he had seen it brew and grow like an intoxicated virus that lived off of the very soul. It was poison, it was a venomous feeling. Something that boiled deep in your stomach and made your eyes water, it threw you into a deep pit of self induced solitude and you had to claw and rip through your own flesh and mind to rescue yourself from the depths of desperation. It took Jaryn back, seeing someone like John.

Jaryn remembered back to his days on bespin, deep in the corridors of the bespin inner structure. Clenching his fists as tight as he could, lying in a well of his own dirt and self pity. He had to climb, not everyone knew how far one could fall and the self induced anguish you put yourself through. At least, in Jaryn's eyes. He didn't eat or sleep, he trained until his body was nothing but muscle and discipline, and took his mental training and abilities in telepathy to the edges of his knowledge of the ability. He'd be lying if he said he was anything like the boy who fled coruscant, and he wanted to help John.

Jaryn was an adept user of agility relevant force abilities and soon caught up the Johnny who was walking through a corridor of the temple. Jaryn stopped and took a left a few metres away from Johnny who conveniently had just passed a sparring arena. -Johnny Diamonds? Hello, I'm Master Rhane. Come with me please- He sent this mental message to John and allowed him to see Jaryn halfway through the sparring arena's doorway and then the Master proceeded to enter the sparring arena. Hoping, padawan Diamonds would follow.

Jaryn was right; Johnny was full of that proverbial 'piss and vinegar'. Johnny had been walking through the temple on Ossus, just so, so upset. At everything. That stone-hearted girl [member="Corvus Raaf"]. Johnny didn't quite get it, but Corvus was a proper Jedi, like, to the book. He didn't get how people could turn themselves off to emotion, it just did not compute. Result? Johnny was full of anger, feeling degraded, cast aside, not even given the time of day. And that pissed Johnny Diamonds off to no end. One could almost see the anger steaming off him right now, and he was well mad, well upset....just a ball of blonde haired rage and anger. He didn't know what to do as this had never happened to him before. His mind swirled with different thoughts, his emotional range was off the scale, and the Force exuded from him like the fountain of a thousand streams. And as he tried to figure it out, a hand hit his shoulder.

He didn't even hear the voice in his head, his mind was too clouded. Instead, as if on instinct, the young Padawan let loose upon the Force, and sent a Push that was well above his perceived skill. He was powerful within the Force, perhaps due to his miralukan heritage, perhaps due to the machinations of the Living FOrce itself. No one was quite sure, but his Push packed the punch of a seasoned Knight, not the lowly padawan he was. And without even bothering to notice who it was, he hollered loudly, as if he was about to punch someone...

"GET THE KARK OFF ME, SHU'TA!"

Jaryn was not surprised, and had been foolish. John's problem was in his mind, why the hell did he tamper with the boys mind in such a light manner. He'd have to be a little bit more forceful. Jaryn's reflexes kicked in as one of the room's doors flew off of its hinges, the master easily dodged the spiralling door as it flew inward into the room. Jaryn appeared in the doorway, his head slightly tilted to express his displeasure. Then, this time he walked slowly towards John and was more forceful with his mental message. Tapping an angry man would only further irritate them however gripping them by their shoulder would hold their attention.

-John, listen to me. See that? It felt good, as it should. But it could have hurt someone, I can help you release that anger in a healthier way, if you'll follow me into the sparring arena. Please, allow me to help you-

Jaryn placed his right hand on [member="Johnny Diamonds"]' shoulder, and pulled him a little closer. Jaryn wasn't a man who karked around, this boy would do as he was told. He needed this, and if he wouldn't see that. Jaryn would make him see it. It was however, for his own good.

Johnny simply seethed, being provoked even further. His mind was so screwed up right now, he couldn't even begin to understand just who he was dealing with. All he wanted was to be left alone, and it'd take more than nicety to get him to do anything for anyone.

"Make me, dude. Just try, I dare ya" came from the boy's mouth as he attempted to wrench his shoulder from the Master's grip. A futile and dumb thing to do, but Johnny wasn't thinking right now. He was simply acting.

-As you wish- Jaryn was quick to move as his grip on John's shoulder became like steel as he dragged the boy more or less literally into the sparring area. He threw him, across the room towards the other edge of the arena. Taking out a single blue saber from his right and holding it outwardly in his left hand as he ignited the blade. -You're angry, I can get behind that. But, you could try being more in control of that anger. Don't suppress it, put it on a leash and use it to an extent you know you can control- Jaryn stood absolutely still, the blue blade a few metres away from John. -I will teach you how to control it- Jaryn wasn't a conventional jedi, and John wasn't a conventional student. This was normal, Jaryn was rough and cold. Unlike the book nerd who had first ran from the Jedi Temple on coruscant. However, he didn't want to hurt John; he would simply teach.

"You wanna go? Well fine then! See if I give a poodoo. Let's dance, dude!"

And with that, Johnny pulled his own lightsaber from his belt, and ignited the blade. Ice blue, with a core of solid white, that hummed as if created by an old hand in the art. He barely had any idea what he was doing, but at this point, he'd be dammed if he was gonna take anything sitting down. He'd been through hell, see too much pain and misery. He'd not let himself just be manhandled without a fight, not anymore. Sure, his shoulder hurt, and it'd taken him a few moments to get himself back to his feet. But Johnny Diamonds was done backing down. From any thing, or anyone. Taking the Shii-Cho opening stance, he let loose a swipe of his saber, down toward the upper left arm of Jaryn. He wasn't thinking, he wasn't even himself. He was letting the Force guide him, and down whatever path it deemed him worthy.

A small smile crept along Jaryn's face as Johnny took the bait. Jaryn deactivated his Saber and folded his hands behind his back, Jaryn awaited the blade, allowing it to reach him before he quickly side steppted. However Jaryn simply moved to another position and stood in silence and awaited Johnnys next attack, he would teach the boy the power of restraint.
And the power of discipline.

-You can do better than that!-
