- All terrain: The extra tread of this half track make crossing most terrain easier, along with steep slops and shallow flood water.
- Strong Shell: Though primarily for Law Enforcement HLCS still equipped the LEV-3 with military grade armor and sheild, meaning this is not easy to kill.

The LEV-2 is the big brother to the LEV-1 designed by HLCS for a private client [member="Ultimatum"], this time around taking covering the role of a riot van and back up for the LEV-1 which was rapid response. Such a large van is primary used to get large amount of officer to a needed location if needed, be it riots, damage control, terrorists etc. Instead of a half track design the LEV-2 uses 8 giant wheels for moving each connected to their own axial and engine.
Operating Use
The use of the LEV is to arrive at a scene where the LEV-1 needs back up, or used in cases where a threat has already been identified. Such can range from riots, road block, general transport and even fire fighting with it's water cannons. In addition such a craft can act as a temporary command center for ongoing operations.
Defense Spec
Like the LEV-1 this model features the same military grade armor and shielding, the LEV-2 getting a little more armor plating due to it's dedicated transport role and lack of armament. Though still vulnerable to heavy equipment, normal civilians or ill equipped raiders would not have much luck taking this craft down.
