Rationale: Val’Ryss came to found the company upon the establishment of the Galactic Imperium. In a discussion of consolidation with the Imperial Warlords left after the dissolve of the Imperial Remnant, the Imperial Warlords were coerced by Val’Ryss to collect the military and manufactory assets left over (and which were still operational) and condense them into a single corporate framework. The company was then turned into a state-funded super corporation and was bolstered by several outside investors.

[SIZE=13pt]-The company is over-seen by the former technocrats and bureaucrats of the Imperial Warlords. They make of the Board of Directors, while Val’Ryss and the Grand Moffs’ Council represent that state’s shareholders as the Supervisory Board.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=13pt]-The logistics of the company’s day-to-day operations is left to the Board of Directors and to the Operations Senior Managers. However the Supervisory Board, that is to say the Government, sets its target goals of production and manufacturing.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=13pt]-Leviathan Imperial Industries is broken up into 3 key areas: Manufacturing Division, Assembly Division and Resource Management[/SIZE]

[SIZE=13pt]-The corporation keeps local environment in mind- i.e. temples, sacred forests, tomb areas, areas of religious importance etc. But largely the main policy is to not leave any stone unturned.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=13pt]-While the corporation is a state run enterprise, it is open to third-party and private investments. Citizens of the Imperium can purchase Leviathan Bonbs, while foreign investors can supply FDI investments, Private Financial Capital investments or purchase Investor Bonds.[/SIZE]
