[*]Personality: A caring and protective being. All those who serve with Jerod, know him as the one to go out of his way in order to see others succeed and prosper in their jobs. To help others succeed is an accomplishment itself. Some would tell you he does it to make himself look good, like a leader. Others would tell you he does it out of the good of his heart. He would tell you that he does it because why not. Jerod works hard and expects his subordinates to work just as hard. He was prior enlisted so he understands the hardships the enlisted go through so he can be a bit more sympathetic towards them, but they know better than to mistake him for soft. Those that know him, that is. He can be very tough, but fair.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Jerod's younger life was nothing of importance. He grew up in a relatively poor family on New Alderaan. In order to help support his family, he joined the Imperial Armada on his 18th birthday. He started out in an engineering job, working deep within the bowels of ships, keeping them running smoothly.
His most eventful tour was onboard the Judicator, an Imperial frigate. The ship came under attack by rebel forces during a routine patrol. Jerod had just got off duty when this happened. Quickly, the young man equipped himself with weapons fromt he armory and moved to a defensive position ahead of the rebels. It wasn't clear what their goal was. It appeared they were just attacking the ship in order to either destroy it or salvage it for parts. They were rebels, they had no money to get their own things.
While walking down a corridor, Jerod walked into 4 rebels that were trying to break into the engine room. Without hesitation, Jerod engaged them. He remembered his basic training when it came to close quarters combat, along with a few tricks he learned from the streets of New Alderaan. By time other stormtroopers found them, Jerod was standing over a pile of unconscious rebels. Most people will tell you that he took out a band of 20 rebels with just his fists. A bit of an exaggeration.
Later on in his career, Jerod applied to go to the Imperial Naval Academy. After graduating from there, Jerod was assigned to Legator, an Imperial Star Dreadnought under the command of Zahori Denko. On the Legator, he was named Engineering Officer, mostly due to his prior experience. In this position, he was in charge of all of the engineering divisions on board the Star Dreadnought.
