Lifting the Muntuur's

He pressed his steps slightly as he walked through the hallways of the temple. It was here he lived most of his life these days and he had started to grow accustomed to the idea that Jedi temples rise and falll. It is the jedi themselves that are the temple however, not the structures.

Despite that insight there were physical items, artifacts, that held great importance to the jedi.
The door slid open as the Grand Master of the Republic Knights approached it and he could sense the warm tingling sensation originating from inside it.
It was here he had finally placed the Muntuur stones. They would offer great training opportunities to those that trained in the Republic Force Enclave but access was limited. The stones were not toys and he personally approved and supervised the usage of them. Today however, it was he himself that would use them.

To practice with the awesome Muntuur stones had become his privilege of late. While they were not powerful weapons in themselves they had been used by masters for ages, imbuing them with their force signatures and offering training to such a degree that it was hard to find elsewhere.

This was where he found peace at mind, calmness and safety from the darkness that had been surrounding them all for such a long time.
Sitting down he closed his eyes and prepared.
For this he would need to harness all the strength and power of the light that he could.

He was about to put himself to the test.

Mantic Dorn was a product of the old times, having been cared fore and raised in the jedi order since he was able to utter his first words he knew nothing of life as a non-jedi.
Traditions and a strict way of life kept him focused on his loce and connection to the force, and while it had certanly brought problems to him in the past this fact gave him an advantage on situations like this.
For Mantic the traditions of the jedi order were important, in his attempt to lift the Muntuur stones he hoped to inspire more jedi to try the feat and embrace the challenges of old.

His main strength derived from being attuned with the force. To create a trance like state of mind even in the heat of battle, to best whatever the darkness would summon. To lift the Muntuur stones was however not an easy task and for this he required massive focus. The key was meditation, in whatever way it could be reached. Clearing his mind he quickly transcended into a deep trance, a numb emotionless form where the force allowed him to perform great achievements as a jedi.

The physical world started to grow distant. Only the beating sounds of the living force kept close. Lioke a heart it pumped its vital blood through out the greater system that it supported. And like a vein attaching to Mantic he was connected too it directly.

One of the great stones slowly began too hoover...
