"Welp... Screw That"
Korro landed on Coruscant. There were reasons he was there. Lots of reasons. But the main one was to meet some kid, he needed saber training. Not Korro, but the kid did, Korro kept saying 'the kid' even though he was only two years younger. Korro walked into the 5777 Yuro St. Alley Way. Korro leaned against a wall while he waited. Apparently the kid was blind and that's why he didn't know how to use a saber. Korro figures he'll be a fast learner because he's good with the force. Suddenly three guys started walking down the alleyway. They stopped when they reached Korro.
"you're getting mugged kid!" there were three, one didn't have any weapons but was super buff. One had a rapid blaster rifle and one had two blaster pistols. Korro scoffed.
"no... you're getting mugged." OF course Korro wasn't actually gonna mug them.
"shut up!" the big one tried to punch but Korro moved out of the way.
"I'll give you three more shots..." Anybody could hear the cockiness in Korro's voice. Suddenly the man punched again and the double blaster pistol guy shot twice. Three shots. Korro pulled out a pistol and shot the big one resulting in him falling on the ground. The blaster pistol one put them in their holsters and whipped out a vibroblade. Korro pulled out his saber and activated it. The orange light did a flash as it swung across and disarmed the man of the vibroblade. Korro then sliced his arm and kicked him over. The rapid blaster started shooting at him but he deflected it and it shot the man in the head. "damn... those guys were idiots." Korro sent a holomessage to the student to actually meet him in the alley right next to this one. Korro didn't want him to see well... sense all this bloodshed, jedis were really uptight about that kind of stuff.

Ronen had received the Holo Message, thanks to Ronens training, he could see with the force, so he could see where he was going.
He felt a strange disturbance, as if people had been in pain, he tended to ignore such things, seeming as he was busy, and not ready for fighting.
He found the alleyway, and sensed a man in front of him, not much older, taller, and strong. He had knowledge which he needed, ever since the jedi had been removed from Commenor, he had run out of options.
"Hello? Are you... Korro?" He had to be careful, his jedi training would only help so much if he got into a fight.
"Nice to meet you" He walked up to him in the alley, and put out his hand to shake it.

Korro watched Ronen approach. "indeed I am, it's nice to meet you too" Korro took the hand and shook it. "you do have a lightsaber right?" That was always the question Korro asked his students, if they had the resources, if not they could always improvise. The boy was taller than him, by quite a bit. Korro's head had to look up a bit.

"I have no saber, but i do have this" Ronen showed him a staff made of heavy steel, resembling the shape, size, and feel of a lightsaber.
"I can learn with this, i am yet to build my own Wonderful saber" He pulled out his fake saber and held it next to him.
"So, where do we start?"

Korro examined the staff, "okay, that'll work" Korro took out his own saber. "is it saber resistant?" Korro asked, he needed to know. They were gonna practice blocks and disarms eventually.

"It's crafted out of Song steel. It'll resist most saber slashes, maybe not form 4" He held out his staff, ready to train.

"alright!" Seemingly out of nowhere there was a crate that Korro cleanly sliced, a training dummy rolled out of it. Korro set it up in front of [member="Ronen Jerik"], "here... start with basic stirkes, basically what you do is.... swing at it. There are vertical strikes and horizontal strikes and diagonal strikes... we'll get into diagonal later so for right now just start with horizontal and vertical"

"Alright,,," Ronen thought this was quite a crude form of training, but he decided it was better than nothing. He started to swing downwards with his staff, hitting the dummy hard on it's side and head. "So.. You trained in the force?" He wanted to make some conversation while he was training

Korro watched, he did quite nicely. "uh yes... kind of." replied Korro. "you're a Jedi right? you might wanna focus on using some extra senses to get precise hits." Korro watched him hit the dummy over and over. "of course we have to start with the basics, unless you already know them."

"I was stuck in a cave temple for 7 months, learning how to strengthen my body, and i was blind, so i think some basic training will do me good" Ronen laughed slightly. "I guess i'll use a bit of the force then" He started to focus, and his hits become harder, and more precise, until he started cutting through parts of the dummy, with the amount of force he was applying to it.

Korro was amazed how fast of a learner he was, reminded him of himself. "no that's good... I mean I'd rather you not break the whole thing but stronger hits are good until you get a real saber, once you get a real one it will only sometimes matter how hard you do it." Korro took a step back for no reason in particular.

"I do have a lightsaber... I was told it was useless.. I was told by my master i couldn't show people, because a true jedi can't rely on his weapon"
He shifted unnervingly. "I think i can show you..."
Ronen opened his robe, to pull out an old looking, long, double handed saber. He seemed to struggle to keep it in his hands.
"It weighs 12 kilograms, it's useless in my friends eyes." He handed the saber to Korro.

Korro examined the saber... "if you're master says you shouldn't rely on a weapon then why are you getting weapon training?" Korro asked, "aslo may I try to activate it?"

"He was trained as a consular, and tought that a true jedi should not rely on a weapon. But i live on a planet that is ruled by The One Sith. So i need to be able to keep myself safe. Also, sure, i dont know what colour it is, all i know is that it weights a ton! You can ignite it, be my guest" Ronen laughed a bit.

Korro activated the saber, two white blades ignited out of both sides. "oh my god! It's a white saber... these are so rare.." Korro twirled it a bit. "this is amazing... it's too bad your master doesn't want you to use it." Korro deactivated the saber and handed it back to him, "here."

"White huh? I didn't think they came in that colour, I've never even activated it, and it was double sided, man. That's cooler than i imagined" He twirled it around a bit, but decided to stop when he almost came into contact with his new friend. "Im gonna try it on this dummy!"
He pulled out the saber, and held it in the middle, and started swinging at the head, cutting it clean off.

"ah don't worry it's fine, it's your saber and that's not my dummy so.." Korro walked forwards and activated his lightsaber, the orange blade once again coming out of it. "gimme your saber..." Korro stood there for a few seconds then started laughing, "ah... I couldn't hold it in... don't worry I'm just joking... I was gonna see how you act under pressure." Korro then turned around and chopped up the dummy a few more times until it was in shapes that looked throwable. "Let's practice horizontal... ready?"
