(+) Kindhearted - Lila is extremely kindhearted, she has to be with her job. Its very rare she will strike out at anyone on her own, whether physically or verbally.
(-) Bottler - As a result of the above, she bottles most of her negative emotion, causing her to often have breakdowns.
(-) Docile - Lila doesn't talk back, and listens to what shes told to do which is rather bad doing what she does for a living, there are times she wish she did have the guts to speak up, however it's likely never to happen.
