Strengths of Linus include being a great aim with firearms, a capable soldier in all aspects, survival skills in the wilderness, and business transactions, but his weaknesses are much more prominent. From being incapable of being on a boat without getting sick, a dislike of socializing outside of necessities, incapable of feeling romantic emotions due to his asexual nature which keeps him from being empathetic in most situations, and not being the biggest Mando in town his physical strength is that of any other man who keeps on his feet. His connection to the Force is completely unknown to him.
APPEARANCE:
Being of average height, Linus is a fairly average looking human as far as attraction goes. His brunette hair is long enough to keep in a pony tail, and his voice is usually horsed from not being a very talkative being. He has his ears pierced, and a few battle scars from training. The only thing that can be called generally attractive is the color of his eyes, and the liveliness of them.
BIOGRAPHY: Linus is an orphan from the core worlds, being only three years old at the time his parents were assassinated by the Mandalorian who took him, Linus has no real recollection of his blood parents, but family is more than blood. The Mandalorian in question was the infamous Kris of Clan Phenex, a man who felt hardly any sympathy towards his bounties and countless victims. But for one reason or another, the Mando could nor bring himself to finish the job, granted with taking in the child he still got half the bounty for the removal of his parents. To this day, Linus isn't sure why his parents were placed on the bounty list, and Kris wont tell him. After being adopted into the clan, Linus was quickly inducted and taught the Mandalorian life style of old, or well as old as history could remember. Being a culture of war and violence, that's about as much as can be said for the boys training, violence and lots of it. There was, however, the constant reminder that those around him were family, and would support him no matter what, something Linus was fond of.
When there was training there was learning about history and the tactics of military commonly found throughout the galaxy, Linus didn't take on the lessons very well, and while he's not ignorant, he simply doesn't care for other cultures, and their history. Simple skills like cooking, and various other common sensual notions were knocked into the boy's head by the other members of the clan as Kris was not the best cook and could hardly grasp the concept of nutrient the body needed.
All the while, Linus was taken on each bounty hunt, Kris wanting to desensitize the boy of emotions towards death, fear and various other emotions that could cause him problems on jobs, It didn't take very long, something inside Linus' head didn't click like others' when it came to life or death, love and hate. At the age of ten, Linus was finally in charge of the hunt, with Kris being his back up and lending advice when needed. A fairly simple bounty, a Rodian who had harassed a local business in one of the Outer Rim worlds, Linus was quick to find the thug. While the bounty didn't pay much is was important for Linus to understand the concept Dead or Alive. First, Linus had knocked the Rodian unconscious, placing bonds on his arms and dragging him half away across the journey back. However, the Rodian had a trick of his sleeve, a minor EMP blast from a mechanical arm he had covered in Synth skin, disabled the bonds, allowing his organic hand free to reach for a hidden blade in his boot. Without even a second thought, the young Mandalorian had used his own blade to cut the Rodian's throat.
Kris was very impressed with Linus' quick decision making and the ability to act upon the decision without falter, thus Linus had claimed his first bounty.
With the reward, Linus invested in weapons he could use easily and didn't require much TLC.
At the age of twenty, Linus had become a extremely successful bounty hunter and contributor to the Phenex Clan.
Now at the age of twenty-six, Linus is continuing his bounty hunting and various odd jobs for the sake of his family.
