Strengths:

• Charismatic: Due to his social upbringing, Lionel has found use in putting on a smile and slowly mastered the art of discourse, too.
• Combat-training: Like most Echani, he has learned the Echani Art; despite not being the best, physically, he has learned how to use it well socially and adapted its tactics in both combat and social situations.
• Driven: Ambitious and confident, Lionel is driven to excel in his field and won't let much hold him back.
• Calm: Years of being angry and impatient wore on his teenage and early adult life, thus quite recently he has found that he shouldn't let everything get to him and tends to remain calm in even desperate situations.
• A good faker: Lionel has a good habit of faking, so much so that he tends to believe his own lies which can prove useful.
• Tactical: Part due to his Echani training, and second to his love for strategy games; Lionel has developed a strong sense of tactics and can devise strategies.

Weaknesses:

• Bad leg: His right leg is not in the best condition due to a childhood injury, limiting his agility and endurance when using his legs.
• Depression: Yearning for greatness and being driven to succeed has its effects, depression being one of them.
• Schizophrenia: Lionel has a bad habit of seeing people from his past: Dead or alive. He can't tell if it's real or all in his head.
• A bad shot: Never having a need to use a gun, he's never owned one either and thus can't be expected to aim true.
• Apathetic: Generally, he doesn't care much about anything not involving himself and finds it hard to get personal on another's behalf. Not a good way to make allies.
