SPECIAL FEATURES
- Inconspicuous: The Lionskin is designed to look like a very fancy bracelet, and can even project a small holo-watch to disguise it as a such.
- Shield Wall: The Lionskin, with a simple thought, can deploy a near impenetrable body shield that can deflect any kinetic attack that comes it's way.
- Shield Projection: The Lionskin can not only wrap around the user, but anything the user is holding. While it does not act as protection for anything fired or thrown, as long as the user is holding it, it is capable of being protected by the Lionskin.
- Elemental Skin: The Lionskin also doubles as heavy protection against anything physical. Fire, Water, Earth, anything that isn't fully energy based will be deflected.
- Ion Deficency: Simply put, the Lionskin doesn't do well against ion attacks. It's design is not capable of handling even a regular ion grenade, and heavier attacks will cause permanent damage to the weapon, requiring it to be returned to Si Tech for repairs.
- Hidden Shut Off Switch: Deep within the mechanisms of the Lionskin, a remote shut off switch is set up to allow Si Tech employees a way to safely turn off the device. Originally made to allow Rara the chance to test it remotely without having to wear it, the shut off switch was never uninstalled, mostly due to Rara's own paranoia about making someone for an anonymous donor.

) to the Ukatis Relief Fund, the Lionskin was designed as a way to allow Rara to test a new kinetic shield, which she could only produce in a single quantity with the tech available. The Lionskin, as far as Rara could test, was entirely unphased by heavy mass drivers, swords, slug throwers, or even full on ancient cannon fire. While Rara was sure it had a limit, she certainly couldn't find it.Out Of Character Info
