So I had an idea and I would like to know if it would be possible to create a droid body much like the T-1000 series from terminator 2. And if anyone would be willing to be able to help me to create it if is at all possible.

Well imagine a droid that had that as a body a solid frame but a liquid metal body able to actually heal from wounds and use its own body as a weapon

Wouldn't that basically just be a droid with a ridiculous amount of Laminanium? With some sort of polymorphic shaping mechanism that uses its uniquely (physics breaking) temperature related attributes?

There are plenty of organic shape shifters that can do similar feats and at least one type of creature that is a hive-mind of single celled organisms... so... on a level from 1 to broken? I'd give this idea a 7.
It's neat and doable. You could go the 100% liquid method or you could create a flexible 'core' and surround the droid in Laminanium and other such materials.

I like to core idea but I don't like broken...it doesn't feel right, I try to set limits on my own creations. My idea is just a healing robot with minor transformation capabilities.
