Little innovation rewards?

In theory, would you be cool with us handing out 10-dev-post exemptions to newer members who've subbed original, high-quality things? The way I envision it, the 10-post prizes would be usable for future submissions, and no writer could earn it more than once. Just a nice little pat on the back and invitation to come back. Thoughts?

I like this idea. But we would need to have an excel sheet running to know who has submitted things and who has used their pat on the back

Innovation Awards​

• FJs and Factory Staff can give out Innovation Awards while judging especially creative, good-quality submissions from relatively new members who have little or no Factory experience.
• An Innovation Award is worth 10 posts of development thread for a future submission. This can include restricted material requirements for unique submissions.
• Innovation Awards are not something to be expected. They're prizes for relatively rare times when a submission sparks a judge's interest and imagination.
• A writer can only earn one Innovation Award. Factory Staff will keep a list of Innovation Awards issued and spent.
