- Strong electromagnet
- Great pulling speed
- quiet
- long range
- Can only be used on metal surfaces
- It doesn't slow down before arrival, so if going headfirst, you may smash into the surface on which you are grappling to.

This grappling device was created to provide Lilaste Elghaseki with another option. Instead of being restricted to the ground, the spec ops forces can now use nearby structures to their advantage. This device has a strong electromagnetic head which can be fired a long distance. Instead of a traditional grappling hook that is stored in a utility belt, this grappling device built into the belt, so the soldier can fire it with a press of a button on their glove. The head of the grappler can only stick onto metal surfaces, but that isn't a major problem, as many things in the galaxy are made of metal. This device has amazing pull speed, and Elghaseki can dart across the sky with this. However, with that speed comes the risk of painful crashes.
However, as it is used by a special forces unit, it has the advantage of being very quiet. Also, it is connected to the soldier's HUD, so it will show the quality of the connection once fired. Green means the surface is pretty much full metal, and it isn't slipping anytime soon. Yellow means the connection is decent, and the device will automatically slow the pulling speed so it doesn't jar the head loose. And red means that the connection is about to fail.
