Lo-Notar began as a young boy that was typical of a trandoshan, following the rites of his people and going through a standard Trandoshan upbringing. More aggressive and
In his later teen years, he sought out the opportunity to fly for a private security company as escort for traders before becoming fed up with the restrictions of engagement. Seeking to circumvent this and in some small way prove himself better than his opponents, he joined a local government in his travels to provide more militaristic support to a group.
His tendency for taking charge without authority and willingness to sacrifice his wing man however quickly grounded him. He served out the remaining time, biting at the bit to find a place where he could act unrestricted, or at least not be under such scrutiny for his actions. Making his way to the Scintilla, he found himself training with that group to fly for them eventually.
Dimitri had faith that time working his way through the ranks would temper Lo-Notar to ease back on the somewhat bloodthirsty tendencies that Trandoshan had. If the work did anything however, it only made the Admiral more willing to risk those under his command to succeed in his goal. While he got results, the constancy of needing to find a better strategy was always on Lo-Notar's reviews.
Problem was however, no one wanted to be responsible for possible casualties gained by being an Admiral with that much responsibility. Lo-Notar pushed for the position however, and earned it by both meeting the requirements, and simply being the most ardent seeker of the position.
