Few Imperials knew the true origins of the mysterious and powerful Shadow Guard, an elite special operations unit within the Emperor's Royal Guard. They were silent and enigmatic warriors that received orders directly from Emperor Palpatine himself and were often sent to eliminate suspected Jedi and other Force Users.

Appearance: The standard black robes of an imperial shadow guard except with a chrome helmet, glooves and boots and black visor. Also wore lightsaber resistant armor.
Weapons/items: two med packs, one weak personnel shield, and a (red krystal) lightwhip made from durasteel and had a two foot hilt with two seven foot blades/tendrills paired with a shoto(shorted bladed) lightsaber of similar red color, This particular lightwhip was imbued with darkside energy and the best parts at the Empire's disposal eliminating the common problem of most lightwhips(most were not as powerful as the standard lightsaber thus could not cut through metal or any armor as well as just flesh, unlike this one.)
Past: After becoming a royal red guard he was found by the emperor to be force sensitive while accidentally preforming a force repulse, sending his sparing partner down a hole to his death. After seeing his rage and want for victory in any battle, Sidious personally trained him in thhe art of throughing one's opponet off gaurd, ever since he had completed his training by killing his tenth jedi, Lomar was promoted to a newly formed rank representing his prowess above the other guards and marking him as Emperor Palpatine's second, proclaimed "Black Hand of the sith", nearly rivaling Vader. Now he seeks vengeance upon those who caused the Emperor's death by hunting them and studying sith techniques.
