Long term character goals?

I have 2 questions for you lovely people here at Chaos! I know that whenever I get invested in a character, I always have some sort of end-goal that I want to achieve, and I imagine most of you probably do the same.

What I want to know is:

What kind of long-term goals do you have for your character(s)?


How do you want to achieve these goals? (Like what kind of RP story arcs, plotlines, etc.)



Feel free to answer for multiple characters in the same post!

I want to build up meaningful relationships with Valentinian, so that I might cause big drama by killing him off in a heroic manner

How to achieve?

I would like Kyros to eventually have at least one redeeming feature. But I'm in no rush.

[Jericho]

Jericho: Become a god-like and blind with power.

How: through story arcs/skirmishs/doms/everything where Jericho slowly becomes obsessed with saving and protecting everything from darkness and becomes what he sets out the for knowledge and power to do so and only to either be processed by old dark magic or something in the matter. Still working out the kinks.

Meili Shaw: Become as strong as her father and raise a corporation.

How: Cooperative story telling

Adrian: Find his place in the Galaxy

How: Finish the dev thread for this guy.

Lily: Start a Pop band.

• Build a really strong husband and wife relationship
• Explain what happens when you don't have kids and unlimited funding for retirement
• Revisit this character's memories of their very first thread experience IC by going back there
• Write a book about this character's Navy life from her own perspective
• Build something powerful, then give it to somebody else and see what they do with it
• Have a NFU friend who isn't an NPC
• Capital Ship Turbolaser Barrage something
• Learn how to cook a StarWars meal IC that isn't Corellian
• Be naked IC for a whole thread
• RP with Tef for longer than 3 posts

For me? Ending would be something along the lines of finding a place to put the old man to rest.. And yes, I said old man so I have a long time ahead of me.

Seeing as I just started this character I'm not so sure. I do want to create strong relationships with my fellow assassins. Like the dark brotherhood. Also become stronger with my sword skills. Maybe make Azula a music career, she is a vioflautist.

Guess I'll answer my own question here because hey why not

Condor:

• get him a stable girlfriend/wife
• join a light side faction for him to settle down in
• make some real friends

How to achieve these goals? Probably some long plot arc for the first and third bullet points, probably an invasion for the second (and maybe first) bullet point
Elijah Thorn:

• go on a spree of heists, sabotages, hijackings, terrorist attacks to make him a wanted man

How to achieve: blow some stuff up

I hope Auron will eventually come into his own, become a mature Jedi lord and fill the role of patriarch of his dynasty, bringing them into a new era of prosperity.

He'll also grow a bombing beard while he's at it.
